Ch. 10 She's Missing

JK'S eyes half open , his hand roam on the mattress of the bed so that he could touch that precious one beside him. His eyes shot open as he couldn't feel any other presence on the bed beside himself. He sat up looking around the room to see her but there was no one. Panic grew in his nerves. He jumped off the bed not caring to wear his slippers . He looked at the clock and it wasn't even time for her to wake. Where could she go??

His eyes landed on the key card that was on the nightstand. He installed a computer door for his room where they had to use a key card to enter and exit. That's his level of protectiveness for her.

He shut his eyes hitting his forehead with his fist. ' she used it ' he thought to himself.

He ran out of the room searching in each room, kitchen, terrace and every inch of his large mansion to find her but he couldn't. At last he reached the yard, darting his eyes around when he couldn't see her anywhere, he grabbed a guard by his neck.

Suffocating him against a tree " Where did she go?? " he asked grunting his teeth.

" I don't know sir.... please ....let go..... " the guard stuttered between chokes.

He yanked him away and snatched the gun from an other guard " I pay for such carelessness?? " He shouted at darted the gun to him.

The guard pleaded holding his leg but couldn't make him feel mercy and ended up dieing on the ground by the bullet he shot.

Now the other guards were sweating in fear, if he ask them and they don't reply. He won't hesitate to kill all of them. But what's there fault when they don't know.

Taehyung's voice intruded JK before he could turn to some other guard " JK, what happened?? " His eyes saw the sight of the dead guard .

" She's missing " He replied and Taehyung too panicked " What?? Did you check properly?? " he asked.

JK nodded " every where in mansion but she's no where neither these br*ts know anything " he glared the guards.

Taehyung seemed to think something " did you check the restroom of your room?? "

JK just realized that he didn't. With a flash he ran towards his room. He stopped at the door as he saw her towel-drying her hair standing in front of the mirror.

The relief that fell on him was like he just got his heartbeats back. Taking a deep breath ,he stomped towards her. He spun her around and engulfed her in his hug . She was surprised by the sudden tight hug. He sunk his face in her neck while her wet hair fall on his face.

She let him but she was curious to know why he did so suddenly. " Are you OK?? your heart beats are too high "

She separated from hug and put her hand on his chest, checking his beats. They were high coz of running in the whole big as* mansion. But he didn't care, what he care was now in front of him.

He held her hand from his chest " don't leave me ever " he mumbled softly.

She wasn't surprised, he always says that " I'm never going to leave you " she said and ruffled his hair.

These words!! THESE FVCKING FEW WORDS!!

JK'S heart fluttered. His ears always wanted to hear that. He felt like flying in the air, his happiness was at the seventh cloud listening to her few words.

This very cute moment was ruined by Taehyung as he barged in the room all of sudden.

" where were you? " he asked her as soon as he noticed her.

" I was dancing at the Eiffel Tower... " she mocked him " can't you see I'm having wet hair, that means I just came from a shower " her duh ton made him react annoyed .

" seriously dude, I got so much tensed when he said you were..... " Taehyung stopped as he earned the glare from JK.

He didn't want to let her know what just happened. " anyway!! I ll get breakfast for you " Tae excused and exited the room.

Insha felt his behavior weird " what's up with him ??" she asked JK pointing to the door from where Tae just exited.

JK shrugged before replying " you know he's crazy! let him be " making her chuckle.

He smiled seeing her smiling, that's what he does , smiling after her coz no one else ever could make him happy the way she does, unknowingly. He spun her around and grabbed the hair dryer from the dressing table. He turned it on and started blowing her hair, dry. She let him do as she knows doing stuff like that is his way of saying 'I love you '

" Btw you were talking about some party with Tae yesterday, ??" she asked.

" you have started eavesdropping my conversations with people ?? " he asked back.

She pouted " Noooo....I.... I just overheard " she tried acting cool.

He chuckled softly " don't worry, I don't suspect, you have all the rights to know, with whom I talk about what "

She pressed her lips in a thin line " We are having a party today evening. The one that I had to postpone coz you are your cops were gonna force a raid. " he replied to her earlier question.

She twitched her lips remembering that day

" I'm sorry " she sang cutely.

He laughed at the tiny tone she used " That wasn't your fault..... well, you will be attending the party coz I wanna introduce the love of my life to the Mafiya world too. " he explained.

She felt a spark generating in her body hearing herself as the love of his life. This always happened when ever he called her, love or the love of his life.

" is it necessary for me to attend?? " she asked turning her head back.

He replied instantly " if you don't want then we can cancel the party. " and turned her head straight .

She shook her head " no-no not like that I mean I'll stay in the room while the party goes " she explained her point.

When he was done drying her hair, he bent a bit to lift her in his arms in bridal style, carrying her to the bed " if the party is held, I will have to be there but I can't leave you alone here while the party goes. " he reasoned.

He placed his precious baby, carefully on the bed and himself sat down beside her leaning on the headrest.

" But, only you have the krycard, besides who'd dare to try to sneak in the JK'S room?? "

He extended his arm, making her lean on his chest " I'm asking again.... if you don't want to be there we can cancel it "

She looked up at him while he swirls her hair strands around his finger, playing with them

" I think I'll attend, why to cancel when the invitation is distributed?? besides I will get to see new faces at least "

He smiled to her reply " Lemme tell you another thing they all will be criminals and related to Mafiya world but you don't have to worry ,I'll be with you " he stated.

She sat up straight, turning to him " isn't that obvious that they'll be all some criminals and why'd I be worried anyway?? I'm the JK'S girl after all infact they should be getting shivers before even thinking to touch me and even I can handle all of them by myself coz I'm Officer Min!! " she started blabbering.

He smiled wider, watching her how much she has started trusting him . The way she makes hand gestures while blabbering was too cute in his eyes. If that was someone else speaking continuously, with each word having no proper meaning, he'd have shot the person. However, when it's her, he likes everything she does, blabbering or sitting quietly, eating or sleeping, anything she does was admirable for him. He was so much in love with her.

He held her back neck and pulled her closer to plant a kiss on her forehead. She stopped blabbering as he did that.

" You are too cute " he kissed her cheek with the compliment.

She smiled sheepishly " go and brush your teeth " she playfully ordered.
