Ch.8 Test

Noon passed, and there's still no sign of Ensa. Non of her brothers even touched any meal. There sister is lost, how could they feel appetite??

When Jimin returned to the police station, empty hands and even without his partner, the whole department was scared. There was no chances of her to be alive any more but what they didn't know , she was alive all safe and sound in JK 's large palace.

Jin held Hoseok's collar " This is all coz of you!! you fvcking officer " he yelled at him.

" hyung please calm down?! " Yoongi and Namjoon tried to pull him away.

" you'll get arrested if you don't leave me, Hyung I can understand how you feel " Hoseok tried to console him.

Jin yanked away his collar " you don't understand!! No one understands!! I was always scared for this day. " He started cracking covering his face by his palm.

Namjoon hugged him from side rubbing his forearm. Three of them were equally angry and upset but there was no point of blaming anyone.

Jimin felt guilty watching them. He was blaming himself for not being able to save her. Even Hoseok and all the other staffs and officers were worried for her. She was friendly to all. And now when they know JK took her, they thought they lost her forever.

"Listen all of you!! if my sister doesn't return home, you'll be paying!! " Yoongi's warning and terror filled voice made everyone there, gulp.

" we'll get her back " Hoseok tried to confirm them but he himself wasn't sure about it.

The Min's left the police station and headed for their home. Yoongi bought a new car, BMW latest series for her, yester day and was going to surprise her when she would return from her work. However, she didn't . Namjoon was going to take them all out for a siblings dinner and night out but nothing happened. They didn't even know where she got stuck until they went to the Police station and Jimin told them.

Jin was the most effected. He was thinking he couldn't be a good big brother. Yoongi, who has a soft spot for his little sister was broken himself and the youngest brother was missing his dumplings partner. All of them were just praying for their little angel to return home as soon as possible.

The dark room was so calm without JK. It was as if, he was controlling the temperature. Since morning, Ensa has been witnessing multiple sides of Jk. When he's talking to her, his voice is soft and a smile kept sticked. When he's talking to his guards or on a phone call, he is completely different as if he will kill the person just by his gaze. And when there's Taehyung, he has a combination of both soft and rough, in his tone.

She was so confused. What is he pretending? Being a softie to her or being deadly for others or neither? She couldn't figure. The day has almost came to the end, not to mention, she couldn't figure the time without the clock.

The whole day he was with her, not leaving her side for once until came up an emergency and he had to leave. That's good but she was feeling lonely in the room, when he was there, it kinda kept her busy, reading his actions. Moreover, he left her locked in the room.

She sat on the bed and grabbed the remote of the hidden television that showed up from the inside of the bed as she pressed up buttons. Ofc, if she's staying, she'll use the luxuries. Who's gonna stop her?? Jk? No he won't, haha!!

While watching a movie, an idea dinged in her head. She can just test, if he's being sweet in genuine or its all a play? Oh fvck!! Why didn't she thought of it earlier? What a slow processing officer!!

Suddenly, she heard the door opening followed by Taehyung's “ excuse me ”.

What a perfect timing Taehyung!!

She sighed and replied “ yeah come in ” in a faint voice.

Taehyung wide opened the door and pushed the trolley in. Is he sorta room keeper? He keeps coming to serve meals.

“ Are you alright? You sound weak? “ he asked.

She half closed her eyes and looked at him as if she's not able to sit straight ” I do feel weak. “ she muttered.

Before Taehyung could say anything, she dropped her body flat on the mattress and closed her eyes. Taehyung got surprised and got closer to her to take a look. He realized, she has fainted and tried to wake her. He tapped her cheek, shook her but nothing worked. He tensed up as he has never been in a situation like this.

The door of the room burst open as JK barged in, spotting the doctor with Taehyung and his love, lying unconscious on the bed. He left all his work as soon he received, Taehyung's call.

He dashed to the doctor ” What has happened? “ he asked and his tone already terrified the doctor.

” S-she's fine now. I guess she fainted because of tension. Rest is all she needs “ the doctor replied.

Jk glanced at her and sighed. His chest feels so relaxed after learning that she's fine. Till the way here, numerous negative thoughts kept bothering him. He couldn't make himself think straight.

He approached her and kneeled on the floor, beside the bed as she was tugged at the side. He kept staring at her face. Taehyung escorted the doctor and left Jk with her.

Ensa was conscious but pretended to faint, slightly opened a tad bit of her eye to see what's his reaction at her unconscious state, making sure JK don't catch her faking . She saw him staring . Everything was fine until, she noticed a tear slipped from his left eye.

He gulped and held her hand ” I'm so sorry. I could have stayed here. I could have made sure you're fine. If I did, you wouldn't faint. If only I had stayed, leaving my meeting. I'm sorry love.... I'm so sorry. “ he mumbled, looking down at her hand.

A wave of guilt hit her. She didn't expect this.Why is he blaming himself, instead of yelling at her or not caring or anything but crying for her? Does he... Does he really likes her so much? It's so incredible.

She's so struck. She doesn't know what to do now?? But she can't pull this act anymore, it's making her so guilty.

She made small movements before slowly opening her eyes. Jk looked up at her as she opened her eyes, wandering her gaze until it stopped at his figure. He softly squeezed her hand.

” How do you feel? Are you alright? Tell me? “ he asked in curiosity.

She blinked slowly ” I'm fine “

Just that reply and he felt washed by relief. A small smile replaced his tensed expression ” that's a big relief “ he muttered and leaned to kissed her forehead.

She heard them , his heartbeats . His heart was beating so fast and loud, she could hear it. She felt guilty for making him feel this way.

” I'll get something to eat hmm? “ he said and stood but she held his hand.

He looked at her ” stay “ she asked and he got her.

He let her a tiny nod as reply and pulled a chair to sit near her, holding her hand. She didn't know why she asked him to stay ? It was as if, she has lost the control of her own mind. All she could do was stare at the ceiling, lying on the bed with her hand in his palm. He called Taehyung to bring dinner. And He stayed with her.
