male omegas have soft fragile and curvy body, with a volume near the hips because they give birth and a bit of developed chest (idk... around a cup? 🤔 how much is that btw? 😅....do you get my feelings?) because they feed their newborns, but not too much like females, because they're "boys".....and I think in most of the mangas I've read, tops are muscular, wider and taller while the bottoms are small fragile and a bit feminine but not too much because it is "bl...boy's love"
