Lucian goes to the drawer and takes out a small notebook from the back and starts jotting down the events which are going to happen

I'm currently 6 years old when mama died and it is after this incident that dada started immersing himself in his work even more

I can see dada loves mama but something's stopping them..... I think he started immersing himself in work because of his grief of loosing mama in the story

yes, blake loved celeste more than anything but after celeste's death he broke down......he began shutting himself in his office drowning in work in order to avoid his guilt, grief and suffering leaving his 6 year old son even more lonely....it is after this incident that lucian stopped throwing tantrums for his parent's attention and began going even more dark without proper parental guidance...... all lucian ever wanted was a little love!

then, after a year lucian is engaged to the crown prince who was 2 years older than lucian at that time...that is 8 years old

father just followed the royal command of bethroting his son to the crown prince because of his grief.....he didn't really think about his son

wait! doesn't that mean if mama isn't dead then I can avoid the engagement with him? I'm sure mama will support me 😃

yes! two birds with one stone! now I just have to find out the reason of mother's death and then I can avoid all the whole ordeal...... no engagement no ducal house ruin!

lucian's plan was perfect....he just had to save his mother and their parent's relationship and he could avoid the future engagement with the crown prince....no engagement no rivalry no death but can he? is it really as simple as that? or is there more to it especially when the main character of the story gets to the center stage.....theo!

*grabbed his head in panic* I completely forgot about the heroine of the story.... the main character, theo!

what will happen when he comes to the duchy? will the story be deviated or........

theo gets out of the orphanage when he was 8 years old right? that's when he comes to the duchy too!

.............why do I feel like I'm missing something?

lucian had a hunch that he was missing something very important but what was it?

*gasps* theo is a year older than me! that means he's 7 right now! it's only a year before he enters duchy!

what should I do? wouldn't I be finished if theo confronts me? isn't it after his arrival that things started going downhill for lucian?

lucian got worried thinking about the outcome theo will bring with him....it's scary to think about the person who indirectly brought you to ruins, or so it seems....if theo wasn't sent to duchy will the outcome would've changed?

NO! it wouldn't! because the ml already fell in love at first sight with theo no matter where theo was sent....he would've courted theo leaving his fiancee behind... lucian still would've gotten jealous and he still would've harassed theo resulting in a final fatal attack leading to lucian's own ruin

*sigh* no matter how I look at it.... isn't lucian the biggest victim? he didn't get love from either his parents or his fiancee

*takes a long breath* no! let's calm down! I'm not the same lucian....I don't love the prince and I wouldn't get engaged...my mama will be alive and it wouldn't matter whom prince courts, I wouldn't harass theo out of jealousy and I won't fall into ruins..... not this time!

it's fine if theo comes here....it wouldn't affect me or my family

Yup..... lucian is die hard fan of theo...the way he suffered yet persevered through those tough times all his life. theo was a strong character who survived the disaster known as life.... he persevered and became a crown princess but what for? the whole kingdom including him got wiped out in a single night

but.....will it change the course of the story?............ it wouldn't right? I mean.... the ml and mc will still meet each other in the duchy and fall in love.... I wouldn't come in between them and support their love! everyone can be happy if that happens

lucian started formulating his plan and since his parents were paying extra attention on him he would be able to formulate his plan very smoothly...without flaws!
