like it was mentioned before, the novel didn't contain any details of the villain's family or the situations, a typical scenario of villain's unknown past which is hidden from the world because villain has to remain a villain, if a past is known, people might develop sympathy turning him into an anti hero instead

the novel contained only one sentence concerning his past which is, his mother died when he was 6 years old leaving a narcissistic and cruel child behind who was later engaged to the crown prince because of grand duke's position, duke had no interest in his heir making him more insecure and villainess towards theo, who could be a potential heir as an adopted son instead.

because of theo's extraordinary magical abilities, he was sent to the duchy under blake von einzbern's care where he stayed as an adopted son of the duke.

they sit on the either sides of lucian and started eating while giggling and laughing with celeste occasionally feeding his son....enjoying their family time, both of them forgot their differences for a while ....... until celeste's face dropped reminiscing about their bond and the guilt of ignoring his small little son in his own grief
