Chapter 4 -

Chu Ling sat down across from He Shun.

“Ah yes, the CEO will be joining us shortly.”

“Should we wait for the CEO?” He Shun asked.

“Yes, since she likes to hear the full details of this collaboration.”

3 minutes pass and the CEO hasn’t entered.

Chu Ling sensed He Shun was staring at her and she was avoiding his intense stares.

Then the door opens to see a woman with glasses in a grey 3 piece suit but without the blazer on, only the grey vest.

‘Hmm...no wonder why she feels familiar.’

“Sorry for the wait.”

They all stood up.

Jin Zhilian notices the guy from yesterday.

“Nice to meet you again sir.”

Zhilian took her hand out from her pockets for a handshake.

A few seconds passed by and finally, Yehua shook her hand.

“Nice to meet you again, I forgot to ask your name again, lady?”

“Ah yes, I’m Xu Nian, CEO of JZCL Inter. and yours?”

“Wu Hua. CEO of HGGL Corporation.”

Zhilian turned and didn’t see Chu Ling shaking hands with the man beside the CEO of HGGL Corpor.

“Why aren’t you both shaking hands, did something happen between you two while you were gone?”

“Ah no!” Chu Ling stood up and took her hand for a handshake.

He Shun took the hand while grinning at her.

“Nice meeting you, Director Chu.”

“Same here, Director He.”

He Shun turned to the CEO of JZCL and shook hands with her and Wu Hua did the same thing with Chu Ling.

“Now, let’s talk about business. Let me hear this plan of yours, Director He.”

“Glad will do.”

“I'd like to open a hotel.”

“And for what reason? I heard that your company has opened lots of hotels in this city. Do you plan to open worldwide and around the country?”

“Yes, I’m about to get to that, CEO Xu.”

“I plan to open this hotel in Blossom Country, in the heart of the country.”

Jin Zhilian was startled about the mention of Blossom Country, and the heart of the city was where her companies were, and the chances of meeting her family there was very high.

“Why should we collaborate with HGGL Corporation?” Chu Ling asked.

“Because we heard that there was a Director here that graduated with a degree in arts that includes painting and designing many famous pieces of artwork.”

“Are you just collaborating with us for that specific director or is there something you want?”

“No, JCL International is great at many fields.”

He Shun was trying hard to please CEO Xu.

Zhilian fixed her glasses and looked him in the eyes.

“Go on.”

“Yes ma’am.”

“The time to build this hotel will take approximately about 3 - 9 months to finish.”

“How many floors will there be?”

“Why is that, CEO Xu?”

“Well, if you’re here to collaborate, we are the suppliers, and we know how much supplies will be used.”

“Nevermind, go back and do some changes, and I’ll think about this collab.”

“Yes.”
