“Sorry Yukki, I have to go, something urgent came up.” I quickly said. And began to get up. “It’s okay..” he said and began to lead the way out the city. “Here, it’s a map of the continent, just follow this map, and you will get there.” He exclaimed, and took a short look back. I could clearly see that the village was poor, however the buildings where built in a neat array. I didn’t need a map, because we all have teleportation stones in our bags, so when it sets dawn, we will all teleport. I left early in the morning to find out more about my attribute and look around the local area. But when I looked in my bag, the stone which previously said my attribute was unidentified, now had a fiery aura, however it did not say what it was.. This began to frustrate me. If it always tells me that I am attributeless then why am I here, and why can’t I turn back and go home, maybe because the desire to find her is too strong..

But little did I know, my attribute is yet to be revealed. I spent the rest of the day until sunset looking at landscape.. (which won’t be inputted)

A ping could be heard from the gps.. It said the quest has begun and everyone is teleporting to the exact location.

Within a blink of an eye, I was there, a big camp was set up within the woods, children, adults, Demi humans, and creatures all stood around, I could tell which where vicious and which where friendly. I came to a conclusion that out of 500 trainees only around 10 or so looked friendly. Which worried me greatly, but I needed to make friends as soon as possible, so I could live my cowardly life, and actually progress. In the gps it said that we have to wait from sunset to midnight, and at midnight we set off in the north east direction. That is all it said, didn’t say anything about what we should do to destroy them.. didn’t plan out any tactics, just go straight in and attack? But then again I couldn’t chicken out because then I would be killed on the spot, and these trainees don’t seem friendly.

A few people behind me where whispering.. And looking at me at the same time which was also quite worrying, I mean, I am nothing special, they are probably talking about how I fainted on the battlefield.

My head spun as they approached me. They are going to make fun of me right? Right?

But, they greeted me with a smile, telling me how awesome I was the other day, fighting them off.. I was confused. I didn’t fight anyone off, I randomly fainted and awoke in a village. “What did I use to fight them off?” I asked, stirring up excitement.

“We think you used a light attribute? Or an electric attribute? We read on the trainee book that they are both forbidden attributes which were sealed away because of their power. Be warned, don’t show it off in public, because you might have people tailing you next time, just look around”

I looked around, and everyone was talking about me, I found it hard to stand still, I didn’t know whether I should be proud, or I should be scared that people are going to try to fight me. I didn’t want trouble, I only wanted to settle in.

Setting off in 4 hours, be prepared, I hope that you are ready for death. Atleast 100 of you are going to die today. You could lessen the deaths, or increase the deaths, it’s all up to you.

100?! It was bad enough when we lost 500 people, however they just want to decrease the amount of trainees left. It’s painstaking how they think trainee lives are as worthless as paper.

But we have no choice...

Trainee: Trainee ranks are those who are still doing the three tests

Amateur: Amateur ranks are those who passed the 3 tests and are on the first 10 floors.

Intermediate: Intermediate ranks are those who have passed 10 floors and now need to pass 30.

Advanced: Advanced ranks are the upper class of the tower of hell. They get provided with resources every day, however they do the life and death challenges more often. You become an advanced rank when you finish 30 floors and now need to finish 50. Floors get harder and harder to complete as you progress.

Legendary: Legendary ranks are those who have nearly ascended to the peak of the tower, those who are legendary usually have their own clans set up within the tower of hell, their immense power commands all. You become a legendary rank when you finish 50 floors and now need to complete 80 floors.

Godly: Godly ranks have so much power, that they have their own organisations set up, they are mostly multi millionaires who desire everything. They have vast power, you become a godly rank when you finish 80 floors as a legendary rank and you then have to finish 100.

Note: There are very few godly ranks, the population of the tower of hell is close to 100 million, there are only 10000 godly ranks. When you reach the peak of the tower, you become an immortal, you have access to everything in the world. Most people stride for immortal but fail, because of their lack of skill.
