You muttered to the boy who hissed as you patched his wounded arm.

“You're making me worry, y'know!?”
Scolding the male who nodded his head with a faint smile, you finished bandaging and looked at him.

“..Sorry, sorry. I'll be more careful next time,”

“Mhm. You better be, but remember this, Kageyama-kun...”
Closing your eyes as you formed a smile, Kageyama listened to your following words.

You said with a blinding smile, receiving a small blush from Kageyama who hummed.
..You're precious to him, you pulled him out of gloom, you are the reason why he strives hard.

You called to the ravenette male who jolted, standing up and sitting next to you.

Lifting his spirit up, you comforted the boy who was sulky from practice.

Hushing him off, you frowned before giving words of encouragement to him. In hope that it'll make him feel better.

Firing him up with encouragement, you faced Kageyama who's pout disappeared.
Staying silent for a moment, Kageyama gazed up your face, staring deep at your eyes before he spoke up.

“You... Promise?”
Raising his hand for a pinky promise, you raised your brows before doing the same.
Sealing the promise off, both of you connected your pinkies and made the swear.
—He strived harder in practice, working his best not only for himself, but also for you.

“Nice set, Kageyama, you've gotten better!”

“Thank you, Iwaizumi-san.”
Iwaizumi noted to Kageyama who's eyes sparkled, gaze traveling to you who silently clapped your hands to cheer on him.

You mouthed, raising a thumbs up while flashing your teeth to him, smiling to such improvement.
..But why did he change so drastically?

“Move faster and jump higher if you want to score!”
The 'King' ordered to his teammates who rolled their eyes with a grunt.
Kindaichi Yūtarō
“C'mon man, you're being a dictator!”
Kindaichi complained to Kageyama who spat a 'tsk' his fist clenched up in a ball.
The ‘Dictator King,’ the ‘Abusive Tyrant,’ Kageyama Tobio was then born..
Problems coming from left to right coming at him like a train..

You muttered to Kageyama who hummed, watching your figure walk away one last time, and not knowing that you'd leave him that time.

“..I have a news to tell you all,”
The coach muttered, crossing his arms as he lowered his head slightly.
Kunimi Akira
“Coach, Y/n isn't here yet. Should we wait for her?”
Kunimi stated, followed by his friends Kageyama and Kindaichi agreeing.
Kindaichi Yūtarō
“Yeah coach, I haven't seen her around yet. Where is she?”
Kindaichi said, looking around, searching their manager's figure inside the gym, who is you.

‘Where's Y/n? Is she late?’
The boy asked to himself silently. Train of questions rushing to his mind when he couldn't find you.
‘Is she sick?’ ‘Is she busy?’ These are the questions that ran through their minds, only to be cut off by the coach.
Coach
“That's the matter, the news is about her, Y/n.”
The coach finally answered with a disappointed sigh, continuing his announcement as the players listened.
Coach
“She had left, and I don't know her reason behind it.”
He monotonously announced, receiving gasps and murmurs from the team while Kageyama processed his words.
Kageyama Tobio
‘Left? Y/n left?’
He repeated in his mind, a nerve wracking sine wave silencing the room. His mind went blank.
Anger, sadness, and gloom took over him.
Kindaichi Yūtarō
“You better fix your attitude, dude!”
Shouted the turnip headed male, angry of how reckless, arrogant Kageyama had turned into.
Kageyama Tobio
‘Fix my attitude..’
He does want to fix himself, but the problem is he doesn't know how to do so.
And the only person he knows who could do it, is you.
Kageyama Tobio
“Please.. Answer my call,”
He begs through his phone, calling your number who didn't answer all his calls.
He wants you back, the only one who could return his old self, the happy one who you know.

“..I miss her already, nee-san,”
Kageyama said to his older sister who gave him a small pat at the back. Trying her best to cheer her brother up.
Kageyama Miwa
“She'll be back one day, Tobio, just wait for it.”
She ensures to Tobio who nodded slightly, sighing softly as he leaned to the wall beside him, imagining you by his side.
Kageyama Tobio
“I do wish that day will come soon..”
He needs you in his life, since without you, he felt unloved.

“I.. I'm back, Kageyama-kun.”
And now that you've returned, you want to make him feel the loving he yearns for.
