She receives his land and all of his possessions on the condition that she moves into their old estate for three years. Accepting the condition, she moves in.
Little does she know that the manor is haunted by multiple ghosts, each as dangerous as the next. In order to survive and get the money her father has left her, she is forced to sign a contract with a half ghoul half vampire named Arthur.
