Holding your hand

After what happened in the morning, kookie felt like something was going on between them. He felt like even tae was giving him signals, but what if kookie was taking it in a wrong way. What if tae needs a good friend.

He said to himself 'he said i belong to him. No one say that to their best friend. Its weird to say that'.

As kookie was lost in his thoughts about tae, jiwoo called him from her desk.

"jungkook come here" jiwoo said.

He walked to her desk and gave her a polite smile.

Jiwoo also smiled at him which was quite unusual from her side.

She continued "Taehyung said many good things about you. I am impressed. Its really hard to please that guy. He never says anything good about anyone but he was talking a lot about you. So its good for your job here. Continue the good work. Ok".

Kookie felt really happy to receive such a positive comment from his senior.

He said "thank you. I'll continue my good work".

"don't you have work with Taehyung today. Its getting time for his shoot.Go to the fifth floor.The studio is there.He will be already waiting for you".

Kookie left the room and waited in front of the lift. He was restless as if he wanted to meet tae right now. He jumped right in when the lift arrived.

He saw the green room for the studio and entered.

Tae was standing in front of the mirror. He was looking really beautiful. Kookie felt like tae was really a prince.He was wearing white shirt that had little glitters on them. He had unbuttoned the first few rows and his bare chest was taking kookie's all attention.

Tae noticed that kookie was starting at him like crazy. So he called him

"come over here" tae called.

Kookie went near him. He could only see tae's beautiful face. His thick eyebrows. His beautiful eyes that told many unknown stories. He was mesmerised by tae.

Tae moved his hands infront of kookie's eyes and asked "are you lost after seeing this beauty? " and pointed towards himself.

Then only kookie realised that he have been caught red handedly.

He replied " i was looking at your eye makeup. Its done pretty well. It really goes with the outfit".

Tae had a smirk on his face. He clearly knew that kookie was not looking at that damn eye makeup. So he said " yeah yeah i know right. Its nicely done. Even the girl who did this was pretty".

He was waiting for kookie's reaction to what he just said right now.

Tae could easily see kookie's face was turning blank. All the pleasantness it had earlier was gone. Tae also didn't want to ruin kookie's mood. So he said "hey i was joking. Chill".

Kookie looked at tae's face with a smile which was so pure and blissful.

Tae said " help me with this outfit" and looked at his shirt's collar area.

Kookie came and stood just right in front of tae. He started adjusting tae's cloth.

Once in a while kookie was stealing glances at tae's face which was fixed on kookie's lips.

Tae was constantly looking at kookie's lips. It was making kookie's heart skip a beat. He could feel tae's glance at him. He never felt like this before.

They were both lost in their own world. There were unaware of things happening around them.

Suddenly a makeup girl called kookie's name.

He turned to her and talked to her.

Kookie then turned his face to tae who was still looking at him.

He said "dont stare at me".

Tae replied "who said i am?".

" i know what you are doing" kookie replied as a whisper.

Tae said "i am not starting at you. I am staring at your lips. Its pretty".

Never in his life kookie had to face this kind of a situation where someone was saying his lips looked pretty. He have always been a shy one and no one cared to approach him. So he was numb to say anything back to tae.

He replied to tae's comment with a smile.

Tae sneaked his hands out of his pocket and moved towards kookie's hand. He got hold of kookie's hand.

Kookie looked at him with a surprised face and a smile. It was the first time they were holding hands.

Kookie never knew holding hands with someone you love could give you that much happiness. He felt like he was looking for this hand his whole life. He wanted to hold this person's hand forever.

People around them were so busy with their work that they never noticed these two having their own sneaky moments now and then.

Kookie realised that someone might see what they were doing so he pulled his hand from tae's.

He said "its time for your shoot".

Tae said "what if i dont go".

"you should. Its your job. I will see you later".

Tae was making a pouty face as if he wanted to stay there. Kookie looked at him with stern eyes. Tae then left the green room for his shoot.
