Chapter 5 Still the same

As soon as Ada got in her office, she slammed her hands on the table out of frustration.

"That damn person....... Evan Anderson I should have known his intentions when his project came to me.......

That creep...... why can't he just leave me alone....... like he did years ago.....

And now he is here to play around...... but this I will make sure he won't come across me.....

He just made me feel disgusted all again..... shh...... I might need a clean up again....."

She could no longer focus on her work, she picked up her phone and called someone. After few rings the call was connected.

Ada said "are you free?"

After getting the positive reply, she said "hmm, I am coming this evening..... I want to cool down"

She was just waiting for the office hours to get over. As soon she saw the minute hand on 12 and hour hand on 5, she picked up her things and walked out of the building.

Ada was drenched in sweat, her short tshirt was soaked in sweat, her hands were wrapped in bandage as she was punching again and again. Even after draining her whole energy she still didn't felt any good. Just one thing kept striking her mind. His face and his eyes.

A woman's voice came in between, the sound of punches "Ada it's almost an hour.... and you should not workout being stressed...... you have been working the whole day and now you are hitting the bag like you want to kill someone"

Ada stopped her punching, taking a deep breath she turned around taking her sipper she said

"I can't help it..... everytime I remember him.... I can't help to feel anything but despise him....... and today I had to face the same filthy face if his"

The woman sighed and said "I don't know what he had done?...... but I really don't feel like you are getting any help..... your condition haven't changed a bit since last three years"

Ada just kept quiet, refusing to say anything.

After a while she said "Rena, I am fine..... now it doesn't matter to me anymore.."

Ada unwrapped her arms, and was ready to leave.

Rena said "if you need me just call me.... and take care of yourself"

Ada nodded and left. She remembered her meeting with Rena, Rena was a national level fighter in martial arts and she was invited in her college for a camp regarding self-defense for girls.

Ada was just about to leave college when she was harassed by a guy, fortunately Rena was there and she helped Ada and motivated her to train with her. It helped Ada to find peace for some time when she is on the training ground.

Frequently she was doing fine but, his return made it worse.

The next day, Ada was given a new project from Davan Empire. The project was build a 10 storage building as a flat system.

Ada wanted to take rest but it seems impossible for her, she was not in that state of mind to work. The due date was pretty far, hence she could relax a bit.

Ada sat on her chair reading the file.

"Davans...... umm I heard about it..... it's the mysterious guy.......

it's a really vast project...... I don't know if I can do it...... they should have gave this project to some higher authority......

But I have to do it anyhow....... or the company will lose it's reputation because of me....."

She was pulled out of her thoughts, when someone knocked on the door.

Secretary Vic said

" Miss Jane the base of the Anderson's heritage had been settled......

Sir asked you to take a look on the workers and help the engineers with the designs, once in a week"

She just smiled formally and said

"Sure Mr. Vic......"

She couldn't refuse as it was a part of her work, even though she hated doing it for the person she hates the most.

It was weekend,

Ada was discussing with engineers. To keep the work steady and make it complete as soon as possible was her motive to check on the process.

She will find every way out to ignore him and to not to see him, But....

She heard the workers greeting someone. She shifted her gaze towards the chaos, and she saw him in a navy blue suit, walking straight towards her.

For a moment she forgot where she was, his handsome face can't be ignored with above six feet height and that body.

But as soon she saw the annoying smirk on his face, with a hint of devil in his gaze.

She took a deep breath and said "I think my work ends here.... if there's any problem feel free to call me in work hours."

She walked towards the exit in attempt to ignore him.

When she heard a cold voice

"Shouldn't Miss Jane atleast greet her client....... did you forget your manners....."

She took a side look, clenching her fist she said with attitude

"Oh, I couldn't see you Mr. Anderson....... as you doesn't exist in my life.....

So sorry......"

Without waiting for any response she walked out from, there.

She was disgusted by his words, his eyes looking down at her. She was frustrated with everything around her, she was cursing herself for being so stupid.

Reaching her apartment, she stripped down and was standing in the shower. She was rubbing her skin hard as if she wanted to peel it off.

After an hour she walked to her bed

'*it was so humiliating to here those words from him..... what does he takes for me?..... as

if I am a sh*t.... it was him who did those horrible things......

it was him who was came there by himself..... why ..... why it has to be him.... it was better if he didn't came in my life*....

I just don't want to see him after this project gets over...... I just want to be far away from him.....'

Soon she was asleep, but the nightmare was still waiting for her to step in. She wasn't able to sleep because of the nightmare.
