Episode 16

Alison returned to school in a different car, a Mercedes Benz driven by John.

Alison: Thanks, John.

At that moment, Ana approached to bother her.

Ana: What kind of old man are you hanging out with?

Alison: Shut up.

Ana: Tell everyone about your sugar daddy!

Alison: I'm going to class.

Alison enters the classroom.

Joseph: How can you allow Ana to keep bothering you?

Alison: She's my cousin.

Joseph: Even though you're family...

Alison: I'm sorry, Joseph. We'll talk later.

Alison goes to class and sits in the classroom. She decided not to leave the room that day since Ana had told everyone about her being with an older man. They all believed that lie because they saw me with new things. That day, Almendra was absent due to the flu. What more could I do?

The class period was almost over, Alison was about to leave when Joseph grabs her arm.

Joseph: Take this, read it at home.

Alison: What is it? (he hands her an envelope)

Joseph: A drawing.

Alison puts it in her bag and leaves with John.

John: Why don't you tell everyone she's Mrs. Alex? No one would dare to bother her.

Alison: The school year is almost over. Let's leave it at that.

John: Alright, Mrs.

John had told Alex about the rumors at the university. Alex was furious and wanted to go to the university and introduce himself as her husband, but he knew it was a request from Alison.

When Alison arrived home, she rushed to her room, threw her bag on the bed, and went to change. The letter had fallen out of her bag and was on the floor.

Alex entered the room to discuss the rumors that were going around, and he noticed a letter on the floor.

He opened it and found a page with a portrait of Alison sitting under a bush, just like when he used to admire her. It seemed that another man was doing the same.

He then opened the next page.

Dear Alison,

I have always liked you. I love your simplicity. If I haven't spoken to you before, it's because I didn't want to cause any problems. You are a very intelligent woman. Now that the year is ending, I would like us to go out and get to know each other better. I feel captivated by your gaze, your purity. When you look at me, I feel lost in your green eyes. I love the way your hair dances in the wind. I promise I will never hurt you. Just let me be the companion of your life.

Alex's blood boiled as he read paragraph by paragraph.

At that moment, Alison finished getting dressed and walked out. She saw Alex reading her letter.

Alison: Why are you going through my things? (angry)

Alex: This is why you don't want people to know we're married.

Alison: What are you talking about? Give it back to me.

Alison tried to take the letter from him.

Alex: I'll kill Joseph.

Alison: What? No, Alex, he's innocent.

Alex stormed out into the hallway.

Alison followed, assuming that Joseph had confessed something based on his reaction.
