Chapter Four

Kyril

Mint and sweet apple assaulted my nose as soon as I walked onto the platform. Nice. I walked toward my two brothers that grinned like morons as I walked towards them. I shot them a pointed look as saw the sigh they had made saying my name. I chuckled inwardly as I saw that it was done with a Sharpie and piece of white cardboard. As I got closer to my brother's, my wolf yipped loudly. I groaned as it was too loud and shock my head slightly. My wolf was jumping and wanting my to turn. He's never done this before. I shushed my wolf but he continued to yip happily and jumped around. My head began to hurt and as I got to my brother's I learnt on the wall, pulling out a cigarette. My wolf began to quite down and walked around proudly.

~ Why are you so proud all of a sudden?~ I mind linked with my wolf.

~You'll see~ He replied cryptically. I sighed, grateful that he had called down a bit. I looked around the platform to see what had excited him. The platform that I stood on was crowded and bustling. I lit my cigarette and my youngest brother looked at me with a strange look. "What is it Ambrose?". He shook his head and said, " You are slowly killing yourself, Kyril. Did you know that cigarettes lead to lung cancer?". I laughed and shook my head. I took a drag of my cigarette and looked at him as I do so.

"Well it's my funeral I guess." I teased him and he shrunk a little. He looked at me with pleading eyes, "Kyril, I pity your mate, wherever she may be." Ouch. That stung. I winced at my brother's comment and looked at my other brother. Damian. If he had any commentary he would have said now. But he wasn't even engaging with the spat that me and Ambrose had just had. His back was completely turned to us and staring at something further down the platform.

Not something, someone. I followed his direction and saw what he was looking at. There was a woman standing on a bench, her eyes moving frantically through the crowd as if she's lost someone. Probably her parents. She looks like she's 16 or 17, but her body says she's older. Her head turned and looked down our end of the platform. When I saw her face my breath hitched. My cigarette fell to the floor but I didn't care. Her eyes caught mine and I saw the conflict of emotions fun across her face.

She was beautiful. Even olive skin covered her body. Like she was kissed by the sun. The dark lashes of her feline eyes made her green eyes glow. Flowing waves of dark hair whipped around her as the train departed the station. Her rosey lips parted as my eyes travelled down her figure and I resisted the urge to run up to her.

~You see~ My wolf said in a really creepy manor.

I nodded head once and before I could stop myself, my voice came out in a raspy whisper.

"Mine." I watched as her eyes widened and she held a breath. My wolf howled loudly. Luckily I'm the only one who can hear him. Ambrose put a hand on my shower as I was about to take a step towards her. I turned to look at him and he shock his head. The audacity of this kid. I growled at him and he quickly let go. I turned back to approach my mate but she was gone.

I frantically looked around and saw that Damian was doing that same. Except he was a lot closer the bench they had was at than I was. A tight pain stretched across my chest as I saw where she was standing was empty.

My wolf growled, initially I thought it was a very, but as I saw that Damian was still looking for her, I realised that it was possessive. He was going after my mate.

Who had disappeared and I don't know where she has gone.
