The sun was directly overhead, its heat piercing their skin. They both hurried back home. When they arrived home,

"Greetings, we're home," said Father and Axijim.

"Brother, what did you get?" asked Meda.

"We brought deer for dinner," answered Axijim.

"Axij!" called Father.

"Yes, Dad."

"Bring your bag here!"

"Okay, Dad."

"Let me carry it, Brother," requested Meda.

"No need, son. This bag is heavy, you won't be able to hold it," answered Axijim.

"Well, Brother," Meda sulked.

"Here, Dad," Axijim handed him his bag.

"Thank you, Son," Father accepted the bag.

The bag contained some of the deer meat he had caught while hunting earlier, which didn't fit in Father's bag. Father then cleaned the deer meat for them to have for dinner.

"Axij!" called Mother.

"Yes, Mother, what's wrong?" Axij replied.

"Help me, son," said Mother.

Without asking much, Axij immediately went to his mother. "What can I help you with, Mother?"

"Help me find grass for our livestock," explained Mother.

"Where, Mother?" asked Axij.

"In the garden, let's go!" said Mother.

Axij and Mother then went to the garden not far from his house.

When they arrived there..

"Here, son, use this dagger to cut the grass," said Mother while handing the dagger to Axij.

"Okay, Mother," answered Axij.

Axij then cut the grass in the garden. After an hour, quite a lot of grass had been collected.

"Meda! Did your mother bring a cart when she looked for grass with Brother Axijim?" asked Father who was cleaning the deer meat earlier.

"No, Dad. The cart is still here," answered Meda.

"Dad, I'll take the cart to the garden, okay?" Meda asked.

"Okay, be careful, son!"

"Okay, thank you, Dad."

Meda then left to deliver the cart to the garden.

"Axij, wait here! I forgot to bring the cart. I'll go back home to get it," said Mom.

"Usually Dad will deliver it if I forget," Cassi continued.

"Okay, Mom," Axij replied.

Not long after, the sound of cart wheels was heard from a distance.

"Mom, that's Meda coming to deliver the cart," said Axijim.

"Long live, son. Why are you delivering this cart? Where's Dad? I was just about to pick it up at home," asked Mom.

"Come on, son, let's put the grass in the cart!" Mother ordered Axij.

After putting all the grass into the cart, the three of them hurried home.
