Episode 4

While letting out that deep sigh, I let the warmth spread and started to try and remember the game and its setting.

'So... been a month or less the last I played it, and I finished it quite quick since I went for the obvious "be weak and be rescued" route, almost all the men characters in those games like those types. '

'Remembering that one time I tried with going for answers that match my personality.... well... fuck all of those guys. They saw me as a brute of a girl. My heroine ended up with no one in all the routes. I got so pissed that I felt like slapping the shit out of those little fuckers.'

I frown from those memories and wonder if my strong urges of wanting to beat the shit out of those characters caused me to enter the stupid game.

"Your highness, are you feeling uncomfortable? Do you wish me to stop?"

I heard the male/female guy and opened my eyes to see his face just a few feet away, his face smeared by worry and his hand rather than inches away from my forehead, is now placed in my cheeks in concern.

'... I almost died by how beautiful this man is, his face can cause a heart attack by being that close.'

While trying to breathe I looked away and nodded.

'I don't speak because my broken speaking will bring me shame, after all, I'm a 25 year old women who doesn't wanna seem like an idiot who hasn't learn how to speak.'

"So Uriel, how is her highness, is she fine? Or did you find any type of abnormality in her highnesses health? Does she need more that your help? Is.."

"Raphael, Raphael please, one question at a time, you aren't letting me answer with those rapid fires of questions."

Uriel chuckled a bit and stood up, he was sitting on a chair that was placed next to my bed and stood close to Raphael.

'Nice eye candy, I don't mind this view, except the fucking pink room. Actually I hate it even more because it's hot pink, Fucking. Hot. Pink.'

'Who in their right mind will choose this crappy color? I hate it, I dispise it, I loathe it. I don't like bright colors, but this one takes the cake.'

While thinking that and glaring at the surrounding room, I look back at the men and feel like my eyes are being healed by their looks.

"Her highness does not seem to have anymore issues, but I do think the reason she forgot you and her maids is because her fever may have left some type of abnormality in her mind, she was sick for longer than 12 hours, which can cause permanent damage, maybe this was it?"

"I see... her highness ended up suffering for my carelessness... I should have selected even more competent workers rather than those fools who don't even know how to care for a child, especially a royal one."

"Well what can you do? Remember all personal caretaker of a royalty is chosen from noble lineage. And those maids used their family background to get the position so they can get closer to his majesty. You, nor his majesty can say anything because the nobles were adamant to place their daughters, who are of marriageable age close to his majesty. After all, you took the place of head butler, causing great dissatisfaction throughout the nobles. Causing his majesty no choice but to give in on this one."

Uriel tries to cheer up Raphael with those words.

'But... In a roundabout way, isn't he kinda blaming him that my father had no choice but to allow it because he gave the position of head butler to Raphael?'

While thinking that, Raphael noticed the exact same thing as I did, and you can actually see the aura around him just getting darker. Yet the pretty boy Uriel begins to panic and wonder why.

'I feel like girls may hate him more than love him because of that airheadedness of his... and with his looks, maybe even be jealous of him.'

While thinking that I looked at Raphael and felt bad for him too, 'it seems that even as she was a child, he cared for her quite a bit...'

While in the game too, he always was by her side, he even snubbed the heroine if it was for Sakura, remembering that last scenes where Sakura dies, I end up crying in each one.

"Rapaul... paphaul!" I felt like cringing but ignored it and tried to call Raphael. Noticing that I was calling him, he leaves his depressing bubble and walks toward me, I stretch my arms toward him, and without saying a thing, he knew I wanted to be carried and so he lifted me up and had me in a sitting position in one of his arms and with the other hand held my side so I can be steady.

"Your highness, do you remember me? Are you feeling better?"

I nodded and rested my head in his shoulder, I felt his warmth and felt safe in his arms.

'This must be how Sakura felt in her last moments, safe and warm, even when she knew she was going to die, that no one was by her side but a few, like Raphael."

"Your highness, please!! Don't die, I'm begging you don't give up!, I'll bring the healer, please wait for a moment more."

Raphael was close to his 50s yet didn't look pass his mid 30s for so many years, yet maybe the stress and the situation caused him to age in just minutes, his hair was a mess, his butler clothing was ripped and burned in a few areas, he was injured but doesn't seem to feel it.

And in his arms he was cradling a young women, she seem to be 18 or 20 years old. It was the game Sakura, she was dying, slowly yet painfully she was dying. Black liquid exited her mouth, mixed with her own blood.

"Ra...Raph, cough cough!!" Even more blood left her mouth, her breathing becoming more rugged. Raphael begins to panic and started to scream for a healer, he kept crying for one. Sakura chuckled a bit, but it brought her great pain.

"Raphael..." she reaches out to him, her hand placed on his cheek, he stops his yells and looks down at her in his arms, his eyes running with tears, at that moment he saw Sakura smile at him, a sorrowful smile, tears beginning to fall from her eyes.

"Raphael.. Cough, haah... I, I'm fine..." her chest was feeling great pain. She doesn't know if it was physical or emotional pain, or maybe even both.

"Please your highness, please do not speak, a healer will arrive, you will be able to speak then, but do not speak now, your wounds will worsen."

She shakes her head, she knows how this will end, she feels it, they will not arrive in time. She will die, but she doesn't want Raphael to die with her like this, she wants him to leave her, that is her last wish, and he knows, just by looking at her eyes, he knows.

He starts to shake his head, his lips let out a pitiful and painful no, again and again he rejects her last wish. Rather than frown in disappointment, Sakura smiles and ignored the pain and spoke again.

"Raphael, this will be my last command... leave this area. Go to where they are cough! Go! And leave me... Do not die here, I command.. cough! Cough!! Cough... you create a new home with them..."

Sakura's vision became hazy, the palm that was placed in Raphael's cheek starts to tremble, her breathing became even worse. Raphael's tears can be felt by her, she wants to clean them away, but can't, she doesn't have enough strength to move her fingers.

"Your highness, please... just a few more minutes, just hold on..."

"We both know... haah haah... It is too late.... You cannot...even, haahhh..move me because of the cracks around my body, cough!!"

She was right, there was many surrounding her body, this was one of the side effects of being corrupted, the sooner you are purified, the quicker you are healed from those cracks, yet Sakura was already corrupted for so long, that even one small impact, she will shatter like glass.

That's why Raphael does not move even an inch from his position, that's why he does not carry her away and run around looking for a healer, because then there really will be no saving her.

She knows, that's why she can only smile at him, she can't feel her legs anymore. Her arms and hands are starting to stiffen up. But she doesn't want to leave without saying what she needs to say.

"You cared for me.... I first thought because it was your job..... to...haah.. I...I didn't understand... why you sided with me. Why you left my father's side... to be on mines.... But... Thanks to that... I.. wasn't... fully... corrupted." Sakura knew her time was coming to an end, she forced herself to ignore the pain and looks at Raphael in the eyes.

" I'm sorry for not trusting you in the end... I knew you did it to save me... yet the corruption used it to fully control me, my rational side couldn't win against it... Raphael, thank you... thank you for never once giving up on me, for caring for me, fo-for believing that I would be able to win against the corruption, I-I now know why, because to you, I wasn't just a job,cough! you cared for me since the moment I was born, you were the head butler, yet still gave your time to watch over me, you loved me as your own didn't you?"

Raphael's tears grew more, and he did a small nod, and it was everything that Sakura needed, she smiled wider, even through all the blood and black liquid, and the cracks around her face, to Raphael, it was the most beautiful smile, for it has been a long time since he has seen that smile.

"Raphael... I truly love you, even when I had a father, to me... you were my dad, my family who did not once leave me and had me feel that abandonment my own father did. I love you.. papa... please... live..on for...m-"

Before she finished her last word, she grew stiff, her whole body became glass, and he was left there to cry, his cries where the only thing heard in that wide area.

Then the scene was cut to the others arriving only for another depression scene.

'Man... I feel like crying remembering that scene, I seriously don't know why the developers added that tear jerking scene that made all the fans cry and feel bad for the villainess. I actually began to dislike the heroine a bit more than ever after that scene.'

"Your highness, I'm truly relieved that you feel better. I'm sorry for not watching over you better, but do know I will not allow this to occur a second time."

"Thang yuu... papa" I raised my hands and hugged him, I felt that Sakura needed this, that in her last moments, she wanted to thank him too.

"Y, your highness!?" Raphael froze up in place and was surprised from the sudden hug, as well as the last word, papa?

While hugging him, Sakura noticed the man behind them, Uriel.

He was quite surprised at the princess's attitude, because of what he heard from others, she would cry and push people away, the maids watching over her would spread out that she was bratty and selfish.

'Well, they may have been lying about her highness, and it turns out she is quite the sweet and lonely child.'

Those were Uriel's thoughts when he looked at her highness in Raphael's arms. He then notices her looking at him, he was taken aback when she smiles at him, to him it seems like a flower blooming, her eyes twinkling like diamonds hit by the sun.

He stiffens up and had to restrain himself from taking her away from Raphael and hugging her. She was just too adorable, like a small bunny, and one of Uriel's weakness is small animals.

While not knowing why he stiffen up, Sakura felt Raphael shifting her so they can look at each other.

"Your highness, I am not pa.. papa, I am your butler, your father is his majesty, Mikhael Eternity, the Emperor, while you are his only heir, Sakura Serenity."

I looked at Raphael and nodded my head.

'Of course I know that, he helped create me, but he hasn't really helped to raise me, that's how the original Sakura became bitter and selfish, she was bratty to gain her father's attention. And jealous when the attention she craved for was given to her half-sister.'

" fadur Empurur, bud Papa Rafaul"

"Your highness..." Raphael seemed moved by what I said, but snapped out of it a few seconds later when the door was pushed open, he put on his head butler face and turned around.

"Who dares... your majesty!?".

'Yup, the person that just appeared was none other that my father, the emperor of Eternity empire, his majesty, Michael Eternity, yet he didn't seem as majestic like in the game'.

He looked like he ran a marathon to get here, there was two other men who seemed exhausted from chasing them, and another two that seemed perfectly fine.

'Wow... I need some sunglasses, because even if they seem a bit disheveled, they be quite the beautiful and handsome men.'

One had a scholarly look, with a monocle glasses on, while another had a magician feel to him, those two where that ones suffering to gain their breathing back.

While the other two who are faring better, gave a military feel, one with a coldness like that of a blade, while the other had a sense of freedom like that of a wolf. Yet what all this men had in common, was they are all hot.

'Now I can see how emperors and kings like to fill their home with beautiful women, because being surrounded by such beauties is such a great and accelerating feeling.'
