Chapter 3: The Malhotras Notice
The Malhotras didn’t just rule the underworld. They controlled information like precious secrets. Nothing escaped their notice, especially not a new variable stirring their perfect, calculated lives. And now… Luna Sharma was slowly becoming that variable.
[Scene: Malhotra Mansion – Evening – Lavish private lounge]
(Pulkit sits casually on a high-backed velvet chair. His parents, grandparents, uncles, and aunts surround him like a court of royalty. The atmosphere is dense, regal, slightly suffocating. Drinks are served, but the mood is more tense than relaxed.)
Malhotra grandfather
(deep, commanding voice):
“Pulkit, I hear there is a new addition to your school duties.”
Pulkit Malhotra
(nonchalant):
“Head Girl. Luna Sharma.”
Malhotra aunt
(curious):
“Sharma… The girl who always follows the rules?”
Pulkit Malhotra
(smirking):
“Yes. The most irritating one.”
(A small chuckle escapes from his cousin, but the elders stay silent, eyes narrowing.)
📱 Pulkit’s Message to Friend (private):
“They’re already talking about her. Somehow, they find it… interesting.”
📱 Friend’s Reply:
“Malhotras never ignore anything. Especially not something—or someone—that pulls your attention.”
Pulkit’s Mother
(soft yet firm):
“She seems ordinary. But… something about her is different.”
Malhotra uncle
(grinning subtly):
“A girl who can irritate our Pulkit that much… must be special.”
Malhotra grandfather
(eyes sharp):
“Observe her closely. A family like ours doesn’t let anomalies roam freely.”
(Pulkit sips his drink, a faint smirk playing on his lips. He almost enjoys the idea of the family’s curiosity.)
[Next Day – School – Lunchtime – Open Courtyard]
(Luna sits alone under a tree, meticulously organizing her schedule. Pulkit approaches with two bottles of cold drink, setting one beside her without permission.)
Pulkit Malhotra
(mocking):
“Looks like someone’s too serious for her own good.”
Luna Sharma
(coldly):
“I don’t waste time on nonsense.”
Pulkit Malhotra
(soft chuckle):
“And yet, here you are, wasting your lunch break with me.”
Luna Sharma
(without looking up):
“It’s not a waste if I’m planning our council work.”
(Pulkit leans closer, lowering his voice, deliberately teasing.)
Pulkit Malhotra
“You don’t seem to need much help with that.”
Luna Sharma
(firm, almost daring):
“Maybe I don’t.”
Pulkit Malhotra
📱 Pulkit’s Inner Thought (message-style):
Why does it feel like every time I push her, I’m pulling her in instead?
From the walls of the Malhotra mansion to the open courtyard of Saint Xavier’s, whispers started weaving a web around Luna Sharma.
They called her… “The Rule Keeper.”
They called her… “The Unexpected Obsession.”
But she had no idea that each word carried the weight of a family’s obsession… growing heavier every second

I used Malhotra grandfather, uncle, aunt as I will mess up names. Also it's better this way. If you want then I will give character some name or maybe in future I will find some
