My driver, Jonathan, greeted cheerfully. His family's from the province, but he chose to stay here in Manila just to stay with me. Honestly, it's kinda sad that people have leave their loved ones just to stay by side...

Good morning. You look like you woke up on the right of the bed

Of course, Master. Where to?
Tristan Ailen Park
Let's go to the office first. Grab coffee for you, too. Then we'll head to the set at 9:00 AM
He started the engine while i fixed myself up in the back. This van is spacious— i personally designed it because sometimes they set up hidden cameras in dressing rooms, and it's become a huge issue for actors like me. The van even has a bathroom, closet, and more. Honestly, i could live in here if i wanted.

Jonathan opened the door for me and gave a slight bow. I smiled and walked inside the building

My employee greeted me. I nodded and glanced at the time— 6:20 AM. Hopefully, there are no urgent tasks yet... maybe just signing a few documents.
Once i got to my office, i loosened my tie and removed my blazer. I felt suffocated already— and I'd just arrived. I picked up my phone and called my best friend.

Chase, where the hell are you? you're taking forever to answer! I'm the one calling you here.
Seriously, is this guy broken? it's late, and he's probably still asleep, psh!
Chase Alvarez
Shut up, Tristan. I'm not like you, okay?
Idiot. he just doesn't want to get up early. He's annoying— i call him, and he tells me to shut up?
Chase Alvarez
Hmm, let me guess, you're gonna ask me to drink with you again later at your bar

What? you don't want to? then never mind—
I was about to hang up when he suddenly yelled, making me laugh. No way he'd say no to me

Are you out of your mind, huh? if i could leave you alone, I would. But i can't.
What a clown. If he really could, why doesn't he?
What's the worst that could happen?

You can leave me alone. Why don't you?
I asked as i sank into my office chair.

You ask too many questions. What time's your shoot today?
I grabbed my iPad to check my schedule.

9 AM. Are you picking me up? Sometimes, i wish i could switch lives with you

Yeah, I'll pick you up. And don't envy me— we'll figure out how to make your life normal again. I got you

Thanks, Chase. Call me if you need anything. I still have a meeting to attend.
I stretched and sighed. God, i just want to be a normal person..
Just then, someone knocked. It was my secretary, i put my tie back on and told her I'd be right out. Once i was ready, i stood up and grabbed my things

Please bring the rest of my stuff from inside
I instructed my secretary and headed to my conference room
As soon as i get inside. The meeting started.
I could barely focus. I just wanted it to be 9 AM already so i could leave. I was completely out of it.
This life is giving me a headache
After some time, i asked for a 20-minute break. I couldn't take the stress anymore, so i call Chase again.
Chase Alvarez
Hey, just calm down, Tristan. Listen to me carefully— don't do anything harmful for yourself

I'm not doing anything. I just... can't handle this stress anymore
I murmured, massaging my forehead.
Chase Alvarez
Okay then, I'll bring you some medicine and tea. Just wait for me, okay?
Tristan Ailen Park
Okay. Pay for the food too— just use my card. I can't do anything my head hurts
I hung up because someone knocked again. Ugh. My head was pounding like I'd been hit so hard. It was my secretary— break time was over and the next meeting was about to start
