The Stars That Led Me to You
CHAPTER - 03
Days slipped by, but the memory of that rainy night lingered like a soft note held in the air.
Jungkook sat in his office at " Soulmark Studio", flipping through portfolios of new designs. His team spoke around him about trends, about clients, about the next bold statement for their fashion line - but his mind kept wandering.
Sketches of fluid lines, patterns like falling rain, faces turned toward the sky. He didn't know why, but lately his choices had softened - his eye drawn to designs that spoke of quiet, of longing, of something just out of reach.
Every so often, when the city grew still at night, he found himself looking out the window again. As if the man in the rain might appear once more.
Taehyung, too, felt the shift.
At" Noir Textile Styling & Fashion" , he worked long hours, hands brushing across silks and velvets, pencils gliding over paper. But his designs had changed. There was more of the night in them now soft grays, dusky blues, threads of silver that shimmered like stars.
He didn't speak of that night to anyone. But sometimes, when he sketched, he caught himself drawing a figure at a window - tall, distant, framed in golden light.
On his way to work, he passed the "Soulmark Studio" building without realizing it, eyes lifted to its shining windows. And Jungkook, in late meetings, sometimes paused at that same window, gaze drifting to the street where umbrellas bloomed like flowers in the rain.
They didn't see each other. Not yet. But the world kept bringing them close, like the slow turning of a page.
Min yoongi
I am the CEO of
" Noir Textile - styling & fashion" .
If u forgot!
The invitation arrived on pale silver cardstock, edged with delicate black ink.
A joint showcase between
" Soulmark Studio " and "Noir Textile Styling & Fashion ".
A celebration of artistry where fabric meets skin, where design tells stories in stitch and ink.
Jungkook had approved the event months ago, but now, seeing the final preparations, he felt oddly restless. The venue was all soft light and shadows - glass walls opening to the night, the city spread wide below like a sea of stars. His team moved around him, finalizing displays of fashion pieces and tattoo art that flowed together as if they'd always belonged.
And yet, tonight felt different.
Taehyung smoothed invisible creases from his simple black jacket, fingers lingering on the edge of the invitation.
He hadn't planned on attending at first. Big events weren't really his world; he preferred the quiet of the studio, the gentle work of bringing sketches to life. But Noir's creative director had insisted, and something inside him that quiet pull he'd felt for weeks - urged him to say yes.
The venue was breathtaking. Light played off fabric and inked skin alike, turning everything into art. Taehyung drifted through the space, drawn to the displays, the softness of the night air through open doors.
From across the room, their eyes met.
Jungkook stood near a display of the intricate "Soulmark" designs - tattoos that told stories of love, loss, and destiny. His gaze lifted, drew instinctively, and found Taehyung's.
Time slowed. The noise of the event faded.
Neither smiled, not yet. But in that moment, it felt like they'd stepped into the page of a story written long ago.
They didn't speak. Not yet.
But the stars, above the glass and steel, seemed to glow a little brighter.
You guys need to wait for their interaction,
I don't want to rush .
I love slow burn ❤️🔥
