My mark was glowing today...

When I woke up I felt a slight pain in my back, and then it started glowing black.... it scares me...

Am I really a bad omen!?

After roaming around a little I spot an old tree, with withered leaves.

I sat under it, and finally took some relaxed breaths...

Soon, cold and heavy breeze started to flow, I kept my head down and sleeves pulled tight...

The mark still glowing black

The wind kept tugging at my collar, like it wanted to betray me...

*tightly closes his eyes*

I just wanted the wind to stop. I just wanted the time to stop. I just wanted this mark to stop glowing. I just wanted this curse to fade, to vanish, to take me with it. I just wanted to be gone. I just wanted.... to die–

And then I felt it.

A pair of eyes. On me. Watching

no... No...NO!

*opens his eyes*

I froze. Who was it? A shopkeeper? Or maybe a neighbor.

I don't know. And I don't want to know

But they were looking...

Not at me — no. At the place my shirt had slipped, at the mark that should have stayed hidden.

First confusion, then fear..

They stepped back like I'd struck them, or cursed them.... Or maybe both

I stood up, I ran... I ran and ran and ran

I didn't stop until home found me again.

But as soon as I was about to get inside, someone held my arm...
