India

Meanwhile, in India....

"Gauri! Did you prepare the food?" her mother called from the other room. "You also have to leave for the Singhania Mansion soon!"

I've already finished everything,"Gauri replied, tying her dupatta with calm efficiency.

While riding the bus, Gauri gazed out the window, lost in thought. Her mind drifted back to the moment everything changed–the chaos that tore through her life when she turned fifteen.

It was the night before her birthday, when she discovered the truth.

The bus jolted to a halt, snapping Gauri out of her memory. She clutched her bag tighter, her heart heavy with the weight of truth she never asked for.

The Singhania Mansion loomed ahead–grand, proud and cold. It was where she worked now. Gauri had been working at the Singhania Mansion for quite some time now. Today, she had been assigned the role of a waitress for the event.

That evening the mansion was buzzing with life. A lavish party was underway, filled with elite guests, glittering lights, elegant music and a sense of grandeur.

"She was not accustomed to this world; such parties overwhelmed her." She continued with her work unaware that tonight would mark the beginning of a life-altering journey.

As she moved through the crowd, carefully balancing a tray of drinks, she caught the attention of Vivaan Singhania–something unfamiliar yet strangely captivating.

Vivaan approached, his tone light and charming, trying to strike a casual conversation.

Startled and unsure, Gauri offered a slight nod, then quickly turned away, avoiding his gaze. She wasn't ready for this attention–not here, not now. Her past was still too raw, her life still too fragile.

As she slipped away into the crowd, another figure entered the mansion– Parikshit.

After landing in Delhi, India. He had been planning to leave for Rewa, ( Madhya Pradesh) that very day, to return home. But something– he didn't know what–had held him back, urging him to stay just a little longer.

Now, that he postponed his journey for five days. He decided to attend the celebration his business partner had invited him to.

In between when his eyes briefly caught sight of a girl across the room–something stirred.

He couldn't explain it.

While drinking his wine, he overheard some chatter that the girl serving the drink to Vivaan Singhania, had been recommended by her distant relative.

.............that girl she is working so diligently. She's beautiful too

Fate had brought them under the safe room, yet again.

Their story.....was just about to begin.
