Jimin buried his face in his hands. “I can’t believe this. I’m married to two strangers. And Taehyung. And Taehyung is married to me.”
Taehyung
Taehyung patted his shoulder. “At least we know each other. Right? That’s something.”
Jimin
Jimin groaned. “This is a nightmare. I want to wake up.”
Jungkook
Jungkook’s expression softened just a fraction. “Look. We don’t have to make this complicated. You live your lives, we live ours. In two years, we dissolve the contract, everyone goes their separate ways. No one needs to get hurt.”
Jungguk
Jungguk nodded. “And don’t fall in love with me. It’s not worth it.”
Taehyung
Taehyung, still feeling slightly tipsy, grinned. “Don’t worry, I only fall in love with people who can cook.”
Jungkook
Jungkook’s lips twitched. “I’m a terrible cook.”
Taehyung
“Perfect,” Taehyung said, deadpan.
A tense silence fell. The four of them stood in the strange, star-lit lounge, the reality of their situation settling over them like a heavy blanket.
Jimin
Jimin looked at Taehyung, then at the Jeon twins. “So… what now?”
