Thunder rumbles faintly in the distance. The sky darkens unusually, though it is still early in the day. A strange energy fills the air. The royal sage, stands still, eyes closed, feeling the ominous shift in the wind.
Royal sage
(muttering):
"What… what is this disturbance in the atmosphere? On The new moon night… under a Gandmool nakshatra no less… This is no ordinary omen. Years ago, when such an alignment occurred, calamity followed."
He suddenly opens his eyes, alarmed.
Royal sage
(aloud, to the heavens):
"O Lord! Grant us mercy! Such signs have only appeared before great disasters—when dark forces rise… when demon powers bring ruin to kingdoms!"
Royal sage
(softly, to himself):
"Is a great destruction upon us again? Is fate about to unleash another tragedy?"
Inside the Royal Palace – The Queen’s Chamber
Amid the eerie silence outside, joy blooms within the palace. A newborn's cry pierces the air. A royal maid runs with excitement.
Maid
"Congratulations, My Queen! You've given birth to a healthy prince!"
Prince James
(smiling, exhausted):
"Quickly, inform the King. Let him know that the gods have blessed him with a glorious son— born under divine signs."
Maid
(hurrying to the royal court):
"Your Majesty! Rejoice! A prince is born to the Queen!"

(overjoyed):
"A son! The heir to the throne has arrived! Ask for any reward you desire—it shall be yours."
Maid
(bowing):
"Thank you, Your Majesty!"

(with emotion):
"My eyes long to see my little prince… the future of this kingdom."
