Series Name: Football Life
Episode 3 Title: Views Are Low, But My Dreams Are High
Time Skip Year: 2009
Thiago’s Age: 11
Date: December 5, 2009
⚽ Scene 1: The Grind
From age 7 to 11, Thiago plays football every single day. Whether it’s raining, burning hot, or cold, you can always find him on the street or behind their old house:
Barefoot, kicking his rag-wrapped ball
Doing drills alone, like passing against a wall
Practicing freestyle skills under a tree with shadows acting like defenders
Waking up early before school and sneaking in late-night training when his parents sleep
He’s not just passionate—he’s obsessed. People in the neighborhood call him:
“O Menino da Bola” (The Ball Boy)
📉 Scene 2: YouTube Reality
One night, Thiago sneaks his mom's old phone again and opens YouTube to check his channel: ThiagoSkills10.
He taps the screen slowly and sees the sad truth:
Subscribers: 4 (all friends from school)
Views on first video: 12
Comments: 0
Likes: 1 (probably from himself 😂)
He stares at the screen in silence.
Thiago (quietly): “Maybe I’m not ready…”
He doesn’t cry. He just puts the phone down and tells himself:
“Let me focus on my football. When it’s time, the world will find me.”
He stops uploading videos… but he never stops training.
⏳ Time Skip: December 5, 2009
Thiago is now 11 years old, taller, stronger, faster. His dreams are even bigger now.
He borrows his mom's new secondhand Tecno phone, sets it on a stack of books, and records a new video. Title:
🎯 “Penalty Challenge for 5 Hours – No Rest” ⚽
🎥 Scene 3: The New Video
Thiago starts the video by looking into the camera:
“Hey, my name is Thiago Obasi. I’m 11. I love football more than sleep. Today, I’m shooting penalties for 5 hours. Let’s go.”
He marks a small goal on a wall using chalk and stone.
The ball is still rag-made, but more stable now—wrapped tighter.
He shoots:
Left corner
Right corner
Middle
Over and over
Sweat dripping
Shirt soaked
After 2 hours, he falls… but stands back up.
At the end of the video, he smiles tiredly into the camera:
“No views? I don’t care. I’ll still be the best.”
He posts it the same night. Views? Maybe 3 at first… but this time, something’s different—a spark has been lit.

Thiago: “Guys! Let’s make a video… we’ll score like Maradona, Zidane, and Ronaldo Nazário!”

“Scoring 10 Goals Like Maradona, Zidane, and Ronaldo Nazário – Real Life Football Tribute”
⚽ Goal 1–3: Maradona Goals
Hand of God Reenactment
Thiago jumps with his fist slightly raised after a lofted pass, lightly tapping it into the goal.
“Hand of Thiago!” Mateo yells laughing.
Dribbling Through the Pitch
Rico pretends to be Maradona, dribbling from halfway past João, Thiago, and even Mateo, faking a shot, rounding the keeper, and placing it in.
Everyone claps. “You got the spirit, bro!” Thiago says.
Mad Dribble & Wild Shot
Thiago tries a move: dribbling fast, faking two defenders, then twisting his body and shooting left… but the ball curves back RIGHT INTO THE NET!
“Broooo! That was crazy!” João shouts.
⚽ Goal 4–6: Zidane Goals
2002 Champions League Final Volley
Thiago tosses the ball up, turns his body sideways like Zidane in the UCL Final…
BOOM! A clean left-foot volley into the top corner.
“Zidane would be proud,” Rico whispers.
Zidane Turn + Curl
João does a roulette (Zidane turn) on Thiago, steps forward, and curls the ball around Mateo to the far post.
Volley With Bounce
Thiago receives a bouncing pass from Rico, lets it bounce once, and volleys it with his right foot. The ball spins weirdly… Mateo dives…
GOAL! “That’s that Zidane magic!” Thiago says.
⚽ Goal 7–10: Ronaldo Nazário Goals
Impossible Angle Goal
João throws the ball up, chests it down, and quickly hits a first-time volley from a near-impossible angle. It flies into the bottom right.
“That’s Ronaldoooo!” Rico screams.
Stepovers + Finish
Thiago does 5 fast stepovers, fakes left, goes right, and toe-pokes it under Mateo.
Mateo: “You didn’t have to embarrass me like that.” 😂
Backheel Flick Goal
Rico runs onto a ball, does a backheel flick while running, and it rolls straight in.
One-on-One Cool Finish
João gets a through-ball, faces Mateo, does a small body feint, and passes it calmly into the bottom left.
🎬 Ending Scene:
They all lie on the ground, laughing and exhausted.
Thiago looks at the phone screen and smiles.
Thiago: “One day… people will search our names like they do Maradona, Zidane, and Ronaldo.”
Mateo: “As long as I’m not the keeper in that memory.” 😂
Thiago posts the video online that night.
