Alright i need to bounce, my next class's is across the campus

Yeah, i should go too (she brushes her hair from her face, slinging her back over her shoulder)

Steve

I'll walk with you guys to the gate

Steve

(he give a lazy smile)

They start walking casually toward the gate

Suddenly, a tall guy leans against the wall near the exit, smirking. Leather jacket, cocky eyes. It's ryan

Well, look what the wind brought in

Ryan

(his eyes lock onto Alice)

Mia

(low whisper to Steve) That's her ex

Steve glances at Alice. She stiffens, jaw tight

Ryan

(stepping closer) you're still stubborn es ever, you missed me yet?

Alice

(calm but sharp) Keep dreaming

Ryan

Come on Al, you know we had something real, you can fake that

Steve

(stepping slightly forward) She said no, man

Ryan

Oh? New boyfriend? That your type now?

Alice

Steve, mia. You can go. I'll catch up

Mia

Alice....

Steve look at her. For a split second. His brow pulls together—but he nods turning to leave with Mia

(casually) you two didn't have to wait

Steve

(shrugging)Didn't know you'd be done so soon–with him

(coolly) it's none of your business, is it?

Mia

(sensing tension) Guys....

(glance a steve, forcing a smile)Anyway, i,m off. Later

(she walks away, not looking back)

Steve watches her go. Says nothing
