Chapter 2

The kitchen was alive with sounds of giggling and laughing of the blonde haired male and his son. The little one stood on a stool next to him, holding a package of choco chips while his mother mixing the ingredients in a large bowl.

"Now we need to add butter" the blonde haired male said as his son looked at him with doe eyes.

Soon the little one grabbed a handful of choco chips and poured them in with too much excitement. They both giggled when when the entire dough was hidden with choco chips.

"Do you want to shape the cookies?" the blonde haired male asked smiling

"Yeshh!"the little one shouted while showing a big boxy smile, melting his mother's heart yet once again.

Together, they worked creating little mounds of dough on the baking tray.

"Perfect!" the said male exclaimed, placing the tray into the oven.

The blonde haired male glanced at the kitchen counter which was a mess, flour dusted all over the counter, the spilled milk at one corner and some messy spoons here and there. He shook his head but didn't seem to mind at all. His focus was entirely on his son who was eagerly anticipating for the sweet treat.

As the scent of freshly baked cookies filled the kitchen, the sound of footsteps echoed from the stairs.

The blonde haired male looked up and a smile stretching looking at the other.

A tall handsome man wearing a loose grey tshirt and pants appeared. A smile tugging at the corner of his lips as he approached the other two.

"Good morning!" the said male said with a grin, his voice still rough with sleep.

Haneul's face lit up with excitement seeing his father. He ran towards him and exclaimed excitedly "Dad! We made cookies!"

The older male with a bright smile knelt down, lifting the boy in his arms. "Ahh Cookies already!?" he asked with an amused face which the little one nodded excitedly.

He turned to look at his husband with a playful grin "Looks like we'll be having cookies for breakfast,huh?"

The blonde haired male chuckled softly and replied "Well, I guess we are"

Soon a 'ting' sound echoed indicating that cookies are ready. The little one ran towards the kitchen while both the parent watched him with warmth filled eyes.

The older male looked at his husband with a soft smile while approaching near him. "Did you sleep well kook?" he asked voice filled with affection.

The blonde haired male bite his lips and chose to lie once again.

"Yeah" said softly.

After the breakfast

"Seojoon can you come home little early tonigh?"

"Today's gonna be a hectic day Jungkook but I'll try okay", Seojoon said with a guilty smile.

"Ahh it's fine, actually Hanie wanted to have dinner outside..but it's fine we can go another time", Jungkook said with a gentle smile.

Seojoon feeling more guilty approached his husband, " I'm so sorry kook, I'll make it up to you guys I promise, I'll try to come as soon as I can tonight and I'll bring some sweets for you guys", he said while holding Jungkook's hends softly.

"Alright Mr.Park!" Jungkook said with a soft smile.

Seojoon feeling a bit lighter hugged the blonde haired male who immediately hugged him back.
