The ride to the Kim mansion was drenched in an unspoken tension.
The luxury car moved smoothly along the road, but inside, the atmosphere was anything but peaceful.

Taehyung clenched his jaw, gripping the edge of his seat tightly.
Jungkook was testing him. He was pushing him to the edge, knowing damn well that Taehyung was barely holding it together.
The scent of his cologne, the way the fabric of his suit molded to his form—it was driving Taehyung insane.
Jennie, oblivious to the silent exchange, smiled at Jungkook warmly.
