Taehyung sat by the window, staring at the moonlit sky. His mind was tangled in confusion, flashes of memories surfacing and disappearing like waves crashing onto the shore. Jungkook had been acting strange, more possessive, more desperate. It felt like he was trying to remind Taehyung of something important—something he couldn’t remember.

Jimin had been observing him closely for days. Tonight, he decided to confront him. “Tae, are you feeling okay?” he asked softly, sitting beside him.

Taehyung sighed, running a hand through his hair. “I don’t know, Jimin. I feel like… there’s something I forgot, something big.”

Jimin hesitated before speaking, “Maybe Jungkook knows something. Have you talked to him?”

At the mention of Jungkook’s name, Taehyung’s heart clenched. He didn't understand why, but his emotions toward Jungkook were always intense—either deep affection or uncontrollable anger. It made no sense.

Before he could reply, his phone buzzed. It was a message from Jungkook:

Jungkook took his hand, pressing a kiss against his knuckles. “And you still are, baby. No matter what happens, I’ll make you remember how much we loved each other.”

Taehyung’s chest ached as more fragments of the past came rushing back. The fights, the love, the pain, the passion. Everything. His breath hitched. “Jungkook… I remember.”

Jungkook pulled him into a tight embrace, burying his face in Taehyung’s neck. “I never stopped loving you, Tae. Not for a second.”

Tears slipped down Taehyung’s cheeks as he clung to Jungkook, whispering, “Me neither.”

Under the twinkling stars, Jungkook cupped his face and leaned in, sealing their love with a deep, longing kiss.

Tonight, the past no longer mattered. They were together again.
