Tracking The Monster
Sehun sat in the backseat of his black SUV, his expression unreadable as he scroll through his phone
The tension in the car was thick, his guards seated around him, their presence, silent, but looming
Meanwhile, in a dimly lit room across the city, Hoseok sat hushed over his laptop furrowing his eyebrows in frustration
Just then, Namjoon’s phone buzzed
He pulled it out and checked the message, it was from Nancy

📲 Chip is inside Sehun’s pocket, also i gave the phone to Taehyung, hope he knows what to do… be careful

(Nods, reading aloud) Nancy did her part

The chip is in his pocket, and she gave Taehyung the phone

(Exhaling, shaking his head in disbelief)

(Serious, eyes sharp) Let’s just hope she doesn’t get caught… if Sehun even suspect her—
HOSEOK
(Cutting in, firm) we’ll handle it if it happens… right now focus
The small blinking dot on his screen, representing Sehun’s location, had started moving erratically
Heading farther and farther away from their usual tracking zones

(Leaning closer, frowing)

JIMIN
(Anxiously tapping his foot) you mean we don’t know where he’s going?
HOSEOK
(Running a hand through his hair, exhaling deeply)
HOSEOK
We can see he’s moving but it he heads too far the grid

We might loose the signal
YOONGI
(Darkly, jaw clenched) we can’t afford to lose him
HYUNJIN
(Serious, crossing his arms) then we better figure something out fast
HYUNJIN
If Sehun finds out he is being tracked, we are screwed
The tension in the room thickened, but they had no choice, but to wait for the blinking move further away from the city
Meanwhile in Taehyung’s room
Taehyung sat curled up on the bed, clutching the phone tightly
His knuckles were turning white, his hands, trembling
It had been so long since he heard Jungkook’s voice, like this warm comfort, comforting, yet laced with an unspoken desperation
TAEHYUNG
(Softly, voice breaking) Jungkook… please save me… I can’t keep living like this anymore…
He tried to hold back his sobs, but the emotions were too overwhelming
He was barely surviving in this house, suffocating under Sehun’s control, living in constant fear for his parents lives
JUNGKOOK
(Gentle, but firm) I know baby
JUNGKOOK
No matter what happens
JUNGKOOK

JUNGKOOK
I’m getting you out of here
Taehyung clenched his eyes shut, his heart aching
How could Jungkook still sound so sure?
How could he still promise something so impossible?
TAEHYUNG
(Whispering) But what if—
JUNGKOOK
(Cutting him off, voice steady)
JUNGKOOK
There are no’what ifs’ Taehyung
JUNGKOOK
I swear on my life… I will get you out
JUNGKOOK
I will find your parents
JUNGKOOK
And will make Sehun pay for every single thing he’s done to you
Taehyung but his lip, the warmth of Jungkook‘s words washing over him
For the first time in years, a small flicker of hope, ignited, and his heart
He wanted to believe him so badly, but deep down, he was still terrified

(Sniffling, voice small) I miss you…
JUNGKOOK
(Softly, voice laced with pain)
JUNGKOOK

JUNGKOOK

The line fell into silence, except for the sound of their breathing
Neither wanted to hang up as if afraid that once they did, the fragile moment of comfort, would shatter
But outside time was running out
Sehun was getting further away, and Hoseok’s team was struggling to pinpoint his destination
The tension was rising soon. They would have to act and when they did, there would be no turning back.
The tracking.on the laptop had finally stopped moving

(Urgently, voice rising) He’s here!
HOSEOK
We’ve got the location..!
