Aishwarya’s grip on the phone tightens. Her body is weak, but her heart feels a warmth she hasn’t felt in months.

(checking flight tickets) Your flight leaves in five hours.

(crossing arms) I still can’t believe this. A real physical connection because of distance? It’s unreal.
Aarav Singhania(Ml)
(zipping his bag) It’s real for us. You didn’t see how she sounded… she’s breaking, Steven. And if something happens to her while I sit here doing nothing… I’ll never forgive myself.

Aarav exhales, looking out the window. He’s never felt this desperate before. Every minute away from Aishwarya feels heavier, like a weight pressing on his chest.

On the Plane – Thousands of Feet Above the Ground
Aarav stares out the window, his heart thudding. The closer he gets to India, the more the pain in his chest dulls.
