Ella’s breath hitched as Mex leaned in, his warmth invading her space, his lips dangerously close to her ear
Mex Allen
(husky whisper) You can deny it all you want, princess… (smirks) But your body doesn’t lie
Ella’s body tensed. She hated how weak her knees felt, how her pulse betrayed her with how wildly it pounded against her ribs
Ella
(gritted teeth) You’re so full of yourself. (tries to push him) Move
Mex Allen
(chuckles) Make me.
Her hands shoved at his chest, but Mex didn’t budge. Instead, his smirk deepened as he let her struggle, enjoying the frustration on her face
Mex Allen
(mocking) What’s wrong, sweetheart? Losing your strength?
Ella
(growls) I swear to god, Mex—
Just as she tried to push him again, Mex grabbed her wrists and pinned them against the wall beside her head. Ella gasped, her eyes widening as she was completely trapped
Mex Allen
(low, teasing) What was that? You swear to god? (leans closer) Go on, princess. Say it again
Ella
(glaring) I swear I’m going to kill you
Mex Allen
(smirks) Bold of you to think you can
His grip on her wrists loosened slightly, but he didn’t move away. Instead, he let his fingers trail down her arm, slow and deliberate, sending shivers through her body
Mex Allen
(whispers) Why? (tilts head) Is my touch too much for you?
Ella opened her mouth to argue, but before she could say anything, Mex’s fingers brushed along her waist, making her body jolt at the sudden sensation
Mex froze. His smirk disappeared for half a second, his pupils dilating at the sound that left her lips

Before she could respond, he moved
His body pressed against hers, completely caging her in, his leg slipping between hers as he claimed every inch of space between them. Ella gasped, her hands flying up to his chest, but Mex didn’t stop
His lips brushed her jaw, slow, teasing, deliberate
Mex Allen
(low, husky) You drive me insane, you know that?
Ella trembled under his hold, her breath coming out in short, uneven gasps
Ella
(softly) M-Mex… w-wait…
Mex Allen
(groans) You keep saying my name like that, sweetheart… (presses closer) Do you want me to lose the last of my control?
His fingers trailed up, ghosting over the hem of her top, teasing at the soft skin underneath
Ella’s body burned, a foreign heat pooling in her stomach as she felt his touch everywhere
His breath was ragged, his entire body coiled with tension. His fingers twitched against her waist, and his jaw clenched so tightly it hurt
Then—he stepped back, exhaling sharply, dragging a hand through his hair in frustration
Mex Allen
(mutters) Shit… I need to get out of here before I do something reckless
Ella, still leaning against the wall, tried to steady herself, her mind racing
Mex turned back to her, his gaze still dark, intense, possessive
Mex Allen
(chuckles darkly) If you keep looking at me like that, princess… (smirks, but voice low, warning) I swear I won’t stop next time
With that, he turned on his heels and walked away, leaving Ella standing there, heart racing, her body still aching for his touch
And the worst part? She wanted him to come back
