He flinched slightly, pulling out one earbud. Lisa stood there, her smile bright and disarming, holding two iced coffees.

Oh, hey.. (Jungkook replied, his voice casual, though his guard shot up instantly)

I figured you’d be here. (Lisa said, sitting beside him without waiting for an invitation. She handed him one of the coffees)

Thought you could use this.
Jungkook took the drink, offering a polite smile.

Thanks. You didn’t have to.
Lisa shrugged, her eyes sparkling with something more than friendly interest.

I wanted to. You know, ever since… the confession. (she teased, laughing softly)

Jungkook nearly choked on his coffee.
She leaned in slightly, her gaze confident.

I mean, we’ve known each other from afar for a while. And that confession?

It was bold. Kind of hot, honestly.
Jungkook blinked, his mind racing. This wasn’t supposed to happen. It was a damn bet.
Before he could respond, Taehyung’s voice cut through the air like a blade.
