Author's Note
Just some things for you to understand the story better.
Arzhel, the eldest, is a Stoic and calculating heir to the Mafia.
Zane, the second, is a relentless biker who's always on the edge of violence, playful.
Tristan, the third brother, can be described as a madman who enjoys killing.
And Rhys, the youngest brother, who happens to be the family's golden boy, is a gym-obsessed, bubbly, hyper-focused gamer who's good at sugar-coating insults using double-meaning words.
As it was said in the PROLOGUE
Backstory before Maeve entered the Novel: Cygnus is a playful child and likes to go around and play, but then when she was 6 while she was playing with Zane at the park, she was kidnapped and wasn't found for 3 days, when Cygnus was found, there was blood everywhere and Cygnus was covered by blood too.
She was surrounded by dead bodies and she looked scared and when she was sent to the hospital she wouldn't speak for a month and always stared at the wall, When Zane saw her like that, Zane thought it was his fault for not protecting Cygnus well and so he becomes who he was today.
Fast-forward to when Cygnus was 16, Cygnus got a boyfriend, and they were very happy that was until Maria/Marie a transferred student came, Her boyfriend was, so taken by her and always in a daze or jot listening when Cygnus was talking, well, Cygnus was still so kind at that time so she couldn't do anything as to watch them, Arzhel was so pissed off by that guy and Cygnus because Cygnus couldn't even defend herself nor get angry at him, she was too kind for her own good, Tristan on the other hand, was thinking of many was to torture him, While, Rhys was just chilling, trying to be calm as possible until Cygnus got into an accident.
That accident happened when Cygnus's boyfriend betrayed and cheated on her and pushed her into the busy street and Cygnus got hit by a car, rushed to the hospital, underwent a surgery and Her brothers ordered their men to catch her boyfriend and lock him in the torture chamber at the basement of their house.
In the original story, Cygnus let her boyfriend go, and that's when she becomes something twisted, She did everything so that guy would fall with whatever business he came up with, Marie was the OG FL in the story and so she helped him rise again whenever he falls, in the end of the original story, Cygnus's family met their downfall and Cygnus jumped from a tall building and died.
That was on the original story, But when Maeve entered Cygnus's body, you know what happened, she didn't let Cygnus's ex go and asked her dad to feed him to their hounds.
Maeve was a sucker for handsome faces and bulked up body, all about the smile, smirk, body and face, she's colorblind when it comes to red flags, but she's not stupid enough to cling to someone who hates her, she's a sucker for Cygnus's dad because of his visual and body.
This novel was her peace and stress as the story goes on of course.
Maeve didn't let go of anyone that hurts her baby's baby. HAHAHA
Well, When Maeve mentioned the Ravens in the story, they are well trained, professional, much stronger then the regular members and are assigned to do dangerous things.
If I haven't mentioned yet, Cygnus the OG likes anime and used to copy their hair and eyes by contact lenses and wigs, very popular too for good and bad reasons such as:
Good: because she's sociable and friendly, everyone easily opens up to her, and always so bright.
Bad: because she always gets into a fight off campus and only some knows about it, she keeps it discreet.
Mr. Gustavo is a well-known owner and founder of the LK Group that makes cars and appliances, He is also a friend of Cygnus's father for business matters.
Mr. Gustavo owns a big plot of land, so he built a racing track or a large stadium for racing, yeah~
He has meet Cygnus when she was 3 years old and Kyros always brags about her to Mr. Gustavo, that now he knows who she is and what she looks like from when she was a child till now.
Mr. Gustavo is known for his decision making that when he decides on something he'll make it happen.
