Chapter 4 Meet up

The late afternoon sunlight filtered through the windows as Giu and Vee exchanged messages, their conversations filled with subtle hints of attraction and a growing connection.

But despite their ease with texting, every time they talked about meeting up in person, Glu would suddenly withdraw.

The idea of seeing Vee in person made his heart race. He couldn’t explain why, but he always felt too shy and nervous when he saw Vee in real life, choosing to duck out of sight or change paths.

Vee, on the other hand, grew frustrated.

He genuinely liked Giu and wanted to take things further, but Giu’s constant avoidance made him feel confused and even hurt.

They attended the same school, so it was inevitable for them to cross paths every now and then, but each time, Giu would look away or pretend he hadn’t noticed him.

One day, Vee decided he’d had enough.

He spotted Glu walking alone down a quiet hallway towards an Empty classroom.

Knowing this was his chance, Vee quietly followed him.

As Giu stepped inside the empty classroom, likely hoping for a peaceful escape, Vee slipped in after him and closed the door.

Giu turned around, startled, his face already turning red.

Before Giu could even think to react, Vee stepped closer, backing him against the wall.

Giu's heart pounded as Vee’s intense gaze darkened, his expression unreadable.

Vee pressed one hand firmly against the wall beside Glu’s head, leaning in close, their faces mere inches apart.

“Why have you been avoiding me?

” Vee’s voice was low, a mixture of hurt and frustration.

He reached up and gently cupped Giu’s face, forcing their eyes to meet. “Are you mad at me?”

Giu’s cheeks flushed even deeper as he managed to stammer, “N-No… I’m not mad.”

“Then why?”

Vee asked, his voice barely a whisper now as he looked directly into Giu’s eyes.

Giu tried to look away, embarrassed, but Vee’s hand on his face held him in place.

Overwhelmed by the closeness, Giu could barely think straight.

Before he knew it, Vee leaned in and pressed his lips against Giu’s in a sudden, fierce kiss, pouring all his pent-up emotions into that moment.

Giu’s eyes widened in shock, but he slowly melted into the kiss, his initial embarrassment giving way to something deeper.

In that Empty classroom, they both understood that this was only the beginning of something special between them.
