Chapter 01: Him & Her

The red carpet was ablaze with the flash of cameras as Kevin Kyung-Woo, the renowned K-pop sensation and actor, made his way down the elegant pathway. Dressed in a sharp suit that accentuated his enigmatic persona, he walked with a confident stride, flanked by his composed manager.

Amidst the excitement and cheers from fans, a bold reporter seized the opportunity to ask the burning question that had been circulating in the gossip columns – the rumored romance between Kevin and Actress Chae Won.

"Kevin, there have been rumors about you dating Actress Chae Won. Can you share any insights into your relationship?" the reporter inquired, thrusting a microphone towards the stoic artist.

Kevin's expression remained unmoved, his icy demeanor not giving away any hint of emotion. He glanced at the reporter, his dark eyes reflecting a cool detachment. The crowd hushed, eager to catch every word of his response.

"I Don't comment on my personal life and those rumors are just that-rumors," Kevin replied in a measured tone, his voice cutting through the buzz of the crowd. "As for the rumors, we understand that curiosity, but we are here to talk about Kevin's film tonight." Kevin's Manager Mr.Ma said to the media.

The simplicity of his words carried a weight that silenced the murmurs among the spectators. His manager, Min stood by, observing the scene with a practiced calm, knowing that this was not the first time Kevin had faced such inquiries.

The reporter pressed on, attempting to extract more details, but Kevin skillfully deflected each question with a controlled finesse. He remained an enigma, refusing to let the public glimpse into his personal life.

In America, inside the elegant Kyung-Woo living room, there was a buzz of excitement and fond memories in the air. Two families gathered together, sharing laughter and stories. Mr. Richard Kyung-Woo, with a sparkle in his eyes, turned to his close friend, Alen Soo-Yun, bursting with enthusiasm.

"You know, Richard, I've been thinking about our kids. Olivia, your daughter, and Kevin, our son, have grown into remarkable celebrities," Mr. Richard said proudly.

Mr. Alen Soo-Yun nodded, his face showing both pride and affection. "Yes, they've grown up so quickly. It's amazing how successful they've become in showbiz."

Mrs. Susan Soo-Yun and Mrs. Grace Kyung-Woo were seated in the living room, sharing warmth. Mrs. Iseul, a friendly presence, chimed in with a smile, "Indeed. I've heard a lot about Kevin's latest drama."

Mrs. Grace, equally pleased, grinned, "And Hana's movie just topped the box office charts. She's a star in her own right."

Mr. Kyung-Woo, with thoughts swirling in his mind, broached a topic that had been on his mind. "You know, I was thinking since our families have been friends for so long and our kids get along so well..."

Mr. Soo-Yun leaned in, anticipation evident on his face. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

"An arranged marriage between Kevin and Olivia?" Mrs. Kyung-Woo suddenly suggested.

"Oh, that's a wonderful idea! They're both amazing individuals, and they would make such a beautiful couple," Mrs. Soo-Yun said happily.

"And they're not strangers," Mr. Kyung-Woo added with a nod.

"They might not be very close, but they share a special bond through their best friends, Luke and Mia," Mr. Richard Kyung-Woo explained.

"Exactly! Plus, they've always been like our own children. I think it's a lovely idea," Mrs. Soo-Yun agreed.

"Let's talk to them and see how they feel about it. After all, we've watched them grow up together, and this might just be the perfect match," Mrs. Kyung-Woo suggested with a grin.

"I couldn't agree more. It's time to bring these two talented souls together, not just as friends but as life partners," Mr. Richard Kyung-Woo said enthusiastically.

And so, the idea of bringing Kevin and Hana together in marriage filled the room with excitement and anticipation.
