Later at lunch break, we were eating when ji-hoon spoke "guys I have a big news for yo-" I quickly covered his mouth, "I'll kill you if keep talking about that nonsense" I whispered at him, "what are you doing soo-ah?" "No it doesn't" I yelled at him "wait, wait a second, wasn't kyung-mi  your partner on the project?" gun-woo asked me "yes!" I answered, "but why him tho? I've never seen him getting close to you or even try to speak with you. And even if he has a crush on you why haven't told you yet-" min-ji said  "that's because he doesn't have a crush on me" "soo-ah it's right, he only wants to be friends with her that's all" gun-woo said "if you guys don't believe me I'll prove it to you" ji-hoon said, "don't you dare to do anything foolish or else I'll kill you" I got up and went to ji-hoon and grabbed him by his collar, min-ji came to stop me "ya why are you staying like that come and help me" she told gun-woo's who was watching us unbothered, at that moment taeyang passed by with two of his friends, "what are you guys going?, fighting over food?" He and his friends started laughing, "will you get lost" I said to taeyang, "hey are you crazy?" Min-ji slapped my shoulder, "what did you say?" Taeyang came closer, "I said get lost" I also got closer to him, "who do you think you ar-" "no, who do YOU think you are, just because you're popular that doesn't make you any different from us so shut up and leave" I was so angry that I didn't know what I was saying, I just said those words to taeyang and left. I went to the bathroom to calm myself down, i washed my face and went out, I saw min-ji, gun-woo and ji-hoon standing at the bathroom door "what?" I asked confused "what? Min-ji said "no I'm not, don't you remember the freshman year, when you told me that your friend had a crush on me and I believed you and I kept staying with that idea in my head until he confessed to my friend, don't you remember how heartbroken I was" I looked at gun-woo "but I thought that you were over it" gun-woo said "i am but I didn't want to create another misunderstanding, that's why I told him to stop" I glared at ji-hoon, "ok now let's stop talking about this. What are you going to do with taeyang?" min-ji said "I don't know, let's just wait and see what happens" I said. Later after the school was over I was putting my books on my bag while gun-woo was waiting for me, "let's go" I said, and we walked outside the classroom, in the hallway we saw taeyang which was coming towards us, I was so scared, but he didn't do anything, he just passed by us and nothing else, "huh? What was that, he didn't do or say anything" I turned my head around to look at him "maybe he wasn't bothered by your words" gun-woo was trying to find an excuse for taeyang action, "dude I told him to get lost in front of other students" "I don't know then". Tomorrow at school, at P.E class, "so today we'll have class 1-3 VS class 1-4" our teacher said "girls are going to play volleyball and boys are going to play basketball ok" he explained and we all said 'yes sir' at once, we girls started to play first and the boys were watching us, I was serving the ball since I'm not very good at playing volleyball, we kept playing I couldn't feel my wrists by the pain they were so red, "wooo go so-ah" ji-hoon cheered and I looked at him and he waived at me. After a while we finished and our team won, we hugged each other and cheered "did you see that? We won" I sat next to ji-hoon "you were so cool" he gave me two thumbs up "ya stop making fun of me I didn't do anything", at that moment kyung-mi came and offered me a cold drink, I looked at him "I thought you might be thirsty after the game" he smiled at me, I took the bottle "thank you" and smiled back, and then he left, "see what I told you he likes you" ji-hoon said "please stop it, or do you want to be beat it up again" "ok sorry, sorry, but I really think that he likes you" "ya" i slapped him "hey don't injure me im going to play" he said "who cares" I said and then I heard an "ahem" we turned our head and it was taeyang (shit) I thought, "well it's doesn't really matter if you're injured or not right now" he said and got up and left, "what does that mean?" Ji-hoon said "don't know" I said, we heard the whistle and it was boy turn to play, "gotta go" ji-hoon said and left. The game was going good, "go ji-hoon" I cheered for him and he waved at me, at that moment Taeyang came with the ball on his hands and pushed ji-hoon with his shoulder, ji-hoon didn't make it a big deal, some minutes later ji-hoon scored a point and we were a point ahead from them, "go ji-hoon you're the best" and I playfully made a heart and he playfully send me little finger hearts and I started to laugh, while playing taeyang had the ball and he threw the ball and the ball fell on ji-hoon's head and he fell on the ground, the teacher came and stopped the game and ran to ji-hoon and so did I, we checked if he was ok and thankfully he was ok, "you kids should be careful while you play" the teacher scolded taeyang "I'm sorry" he said, I looked at him angrily and he kept looking at me "let's send you to the nurses office" the teacher said "it's ok I'll send him" I told the teacher, I putted his arm around my shoulders and send him to the nurses office. "Are you sure you're ok?" I asked worried, "how many times do I have to tell you, I'm perfectly fine" "does you head hurts to much?" I caressed his head "god you're being like my mom, I think I should call you mom from now on" he joked "ya I'm just worried for you" I yelled at him "since you're fine, get up we have classes" i got up "but my head hurts" he whined "ok then you can stay I'll go" "no stay who's gonna take care of me" he pulled me by my jacket "but-" and then he made a puppy face "ok I'm staying only because I feel guilty" I sat back down. And so a week passed everything was normal but taeyang would make sometimes trouble for my friends, but I couldn't do anything about it because I knew that the teachers would take his side, I feel so sorry towards my friends so I try anything to make them happy. Today at class the teacher told us that we should get prepared for the upcoming exams, "so what do you think should we study at my house?" Ji-hoon said "ok" I nodded. Later I was in my locker getting something when kyung-mi passed with his friends "oh hey soo-ah, you guy's go without me" he said to his friends "so will we meet today after school at the library, to study for the exams?" I didn't know what to say because I promised to ji-hoon that I'll study with him "well kyung-mi, I already promised to ji-hoon..." "oh...it's alright..." he looked disappointed "but if you don't mind I'll ask ji-hoon to join us, what do you think?" "I don't mind, he can come" he smiled at me "ok then I'll tell him and let you know what time to meet", he nodded and left, I closed my locker and turned around when I was min-ji coming by running, "hey what's the rush?" "so are the rumours true" she smirked at me "what rumours?, what you're talking about?" I asked confused "don't play dumb I saw everything with my own eyes" she pointed at her eyes, i let out a big sigh "how many time do I have to tell you he is just a friend, there's nothing going around", at that moment taeyang walked between me and min-ji hitting her shoulder, "what's his deal?" she said, I felt so guilty because I couldn't do anything, I started walking away on my way to class for the next lesson, min-ji ran to me and hooked her arm around mines, "ok, let's say that you two have nothing going on now, but what about later? something  might happen" "please, don't you have anything else to talk about, why don't you get yourself a boyfriend first and than we will talk about my situation" I patted her shoulder and entered the class. "So students I saw your projects  and I have to say that you guy's did a really good job I'm proud of you" the teacher and us clapped our hands "so, on the first place are Nam kyung-mi and Lee soo-ah you guys got 100 points out of 100, you did a very good job" and so the teacher was telling how many points we got on our project "I wonder how many points you got since the second and third place have passed" I made fun of ji-hoon and he rolled his eyes "the fourth are Hwang so-min and Kim ji-hoon" the teacher said, I clapped my hands "congratulations Mr.smarty pants" I looked at his annoyed face, "do you remember our deal?" I leaned closer to him "yeah, yeah I remember" he pushed my face and looked away. After the class finished it was the lunch time "hmm I'm not feeling at eating the cafeteria food today why don't we eat outside?" I suggested "why? the cafeteria food it's good" min-ji said "well I'm going to have a free lunch so I didn't want to spend it on something that I eat everyday" "free lunch?" Gun-woo asked and I nodded "I and ji-hoon made a bet that who gets the lowest score on the project is gonna buy food for the other" I explained "so do we get anything from it?" Gun-woo looked at ji-hoon, "ya dude I don't have enough money for me and soo-ah" ji-hoon said annoyed, "no excuse now let's go" I took ji-hoon and went to a convenience store, "why you brought us here?" "isn't obvious, to buy of course" I started to look for something to eat "you left the cafeteria food and came to eat in a convenience store?" "yeah what's wrong with that?" "whatever just get what you can fast" "got them all, now pay" I said, he paid and we were on our way to school, "I can't believe I spent my money for a steamed dumpling, kimbap, chips and chocolate milk" he signed "thank you" I said with big smile on my face, while walking I suddenly remember the chat I had with kyung-mi "oh I totally forgot, what do you think, would you like to study together with kyung-mi, would you mind?" "What?,why?, did he asked you to study with him?" He asked me "yes, I told him that I was going to study with you but then he looked so disappointed and then I suggested the three of us studying together and he was ok with it. So I want to know if you're ok with it?" "Sure I wouldn't mind" he said on a serious tone "yes" I jumped and putted my arm around his shoulder. We arrived at school and we went to the cafeteria, ji-hoon went to take his food and I sat down where the others were "uu ttekbokki can I have one" I asked gun-woo "no" he said looking at his food "oh please just one" I begged "why didn't you get something good to eat but you went to a convenience store" he said "please pretty please just one" "ok,ok but you have to act cute for it" he smirked "pff that's easy" and I did what he asked, "haha that's karma" ji-hoon laughed at me "karma?" Min-ji looked confused at him "nothing, nothing" he smiled awkwardly, I opened my mouth and he said "do some more" "are you kidding me?" I asked annoyed "just once more" he smiled, and I did some more, "hey look at her isn't she cute" some guys said "yeah she's cute" "what if I ask her to be my girlfriend?" "you have no chance bro, she already has one, look she is acting cute for him" "ya his not her boyfriend it's her childhood friend" they were saying "ok,ok now you can stop" gun-woo told me to stop "finally, aaaa" I opened my mouth and gun-woo gave me a ttekbokki

and laughed, I danced because the ttekbokki way so delicious, and the three of them laughed at me, "woah it's so yummy" I kept looking the ttekbokki "enough now eat your own food" gun-woo said "ttch, whatever my food it way better" and I started eating the things ji-hoon bought for me.
