Chapter 11: The departure
At the barrier all the villagers,the servants and the Royal family are gathered. The Queen and her daughters are inside a kart pulled by two horses. The king pronounces the first words.

It is a pain for me to see you going in an extend world full of dangers and I will not be able to help you but I know that you are all brave and smart. Nothing can stop you so may the God's and ancestors guide you.
Everybody in the assembly bows the head to show respect towards the prayers and benediction of the king.

Some guards in charge of maintaining the dome open a hole on the barrier leaving a space for the kart to go out of the village.

(looking behind) we don't have a minute to waste, let's go. Hiya(shaking the rope of the horses onces)

The horses ran more than 12 hours, they need to rest and I am hungry too.

We have to stop for the night.
The Queen stop the horses, and with the help of her daughters, she feeds the horses and arrange a comfortable place for the night.

Mother, I have gather some branches to make fire.

Thank you Hinami. I will need someone to go in my bag to take one knife, the kettle, the small pot and 1 packet of tea.
Fumio Kotoi
Me I will go.(she goes in the kart to look for the items)
Queen Emarin goes in the forest and come back with a rabbit. Fumio came back.

Few minutes later the meat of the rabbit is cleaned, watched, sliced, spiced and place in the small pot for cooking with some carrots and some vegetables.

Hinami was sleeping on a gathering of leaves an few branches.

Please Fumio full the kettle with water. We will awake her for dinner.
The Queen Emarin removes the roasted rabbit in soup and placed the kettle of water on the fire. Fumio adds some branches to the fire, 7 to 8 minutes later the water is hot.
Queen Emarin serves the portion of everyone with cups of tea. Fumio woke-up Hinami for eating their meal. After that they discuss on how will the town looks like before sleeping.
We can assume that the 2 other days of road were the same to the first one.
