A few hours had passed when Anastasia finished elaborating her masterpiece. She managed to join all the strips and made a full bodysuit of fur, and she did it so well that not even an expert would doubt that it wasn't her skin.
By that time, she felt tired, and all that remained was to try on the suit to see how it looked, but she did so after cleaning the scene of the crime and eating what she had brought, as her stomach demanded food.
That was how it was. When she finished eating and tidied the room, she went straight to the bathroom, showered, and then put on the suit. She looked the same as before she removed the fur, with only her long black hair visible.
She was pleased with the result, but that satisfaction didn't last long, as some rough knocks were heard at the door, followed by someone unlocking it.
When she went to see who had entered the room, she saw a maid with an annoyed expression. Upon seeing her, the maid made a disgusted face and said,
"Mrs. Rosina wishes to see you in the tea room, and I hope you don't keep her waiting. You know how she gets," she said with a disgusted face, then left the room without letting the young woman even speak.
It was normal for her to do that, since that maid was the personal servant of the villain Sabrina, and was just as mean as her mistress.
"I have to hurry my plans. If the situation doesn't improve, I will be affected more than necessary. I have to strengthen this body quickly, or I will die at the hands of those bad people," Anastasia thought, then went to her closet, from where she took something to wear. Luckily, her dresses were big enough for her to fit into them with the special suit.
When she finished dressing, she left the room and, following the memories of that girl, went to the tea room where that woman and her daughter were.
Upon seeing the young woman arrive, they made a disgusted face.
"I thought you had died from that beating I gave you. So many years being my servant, and you still don't know what to do. You're useless," said Rosina in annoyance, then added, "Serve some tea for me and my daughter, and hurry up so you can go clean my room. We don't give you food so you can be useless," added the woman, and the young woman at her side smiled mockingly at what her mother said. It was fun for her to see that filthy little girl suffer.
Anastasia clenched her fists under her clothes and limited herself to complying with what the woman said, since it was not convenient for her to reveal herself against her at the moment.
When she finished serving the tea, she asked permission to leave and then went to do her duties.
It was easy for her, since when she was in her world, she had to do some chores by herself, and she was not a spoiled child.
The woman's room was spacious and well-decorated. It showed she had class, and although she was mean, as was her daughter, it had to be acknowledged that she liked quality.
While cleaning Rosina's room, Anastasia thought that the best thing for her would be to train her body when everyone was asleep, and thus avoid problems. She also planned to look for history and magic books in the library.
For that reason, that day, when she finished doing her duties, which were being the servant of that woman and her daughter, and eating until she was satisfied, she went secretly to the library to look for her books, and then she went to her room to study, since this young woman seemed to have little knowledge about almost anything, or part of her knowledge had disappeared after her death.
The first thing she did was read the history book, where she realized that the world she was in was divided into four empires.

To reach that empire, permission was needed from the emperor, who, according to the book, was a powerful lycan, a very dangerous and bloodthirsty one.
It also said that for that man to create such a large empire, he had to eliminate another smaller one, which was massacred by him and his warriors.
The reason for the massacre was not mentioned in the history book, but Anastasia was sure that the cause must have been strong, for so many people to die.

That empire was made up of normal people, many of whom often had different types of magic.
This empire had an alliance with the other three and was currently being led by Emperor Adriano Ferrer. He inherited the throne after the death of his parents and was an only child. He had a son named Adrian Ferrer, who was the son of his current empress.

That book also explained the different nobles that existed and how each one worked.
After reading all that information, Anastasia pondered the situation a little and came to the conclusion that the best thing she could do was leave this empire or change the ending. The latter was better, for running away was an act of cowardice.
For now, she was not clear about what she would do, but what she was sure of was that she would take revenge for what they had done against Anastasia.
It was the least she could do for her. If she could eliminate her traitorous ex and her supposed friend, who turned out to be a traitor as well, she could defeat those two witches.
So, after reading that book, she started with the one on magic.
At first, she found everything that was said there illogical, but the more she read, the more everything began to make sense.
The book had about 50 pages, and all of them had different spells.
There was one that caught her attention, and that was the one to restore a person's magic during the full moon.
Apparently, she just had to say that spell at midnight and ask the moon goddess to restore her magic.
Such a thing was illogical, but in the world she was in, everything was possible, and the illogical ended up being logical, so nothing seemed strange to her.
After reading the book a little more and memorizing the spell that would help her recover her magic, the young woman decided to go take a bath and then go to sleep, since a long day of work surely awaited her, being the servant of those two women.
