CLUELESS OF MY THOUGHTS

DARCY- No, no please don't. Mom, momm.

She wakes up from the nightmare, breathing heavily and horrified.

She looked around to find Kristoff holding her hands.

             DARCY'S POV-

When I woke up from the nightmare, I looked around and saw people everywhere. Everyone was running and rushing around, confused, I asked, "where am I? ".I could feel my hand being held by another's, I turned to the other side and saw Kristoff holding my hand. For some reason, I felt protected and comfortable. I didn't know why but, seeing him made me so relieved. Who could have imagined, a young man, who's face was as hard and stone, and heart as cold as ice, would rescue me. "Kristoff!Thank God you're alive, I could've never imagined my life without you. "

My body moved on its own and hugged him tight, I don't know why my eyes was filled with tears, but I felt so much relieved to see him alive. But I felt weird and pulled away, "I didn't mean to" I exclaimed. 'In my 19 year's of friendship with Kris, I've looked at him as a great brother, but why does it feel so weird today?', I thought to myself. It was rather horrifying because I had never felt that way before.

I looked around the corner, after a while I noticed Luca walking away. Luca was my boyfriend and I didn't want him to misunderstand. But before I called out for him, he walked away and as I tried to get up of the bed, Kris stopped me. He said I needed some rest and didn't let me go, maybe he didn't notice Luca.

         KRISTOFF'S POV-

I waited holding her hand, and for the first time in my life, I was worried for her in the way I never did before. Her beautiful face was filled with fear as she woke up breathing heavily. Maybe she had a nightmare, the same old nightmare of when her mother was killed.

She asked me where she was, and before I could even reply, she put me into shock as she suddenly hugged me. Why did it feel weird? But it felt wholesome at the same time. I was just about to wrap my hands around her when she suddenly pulled away. I was too stunned to speak, everything was happening so quickly I didn't had time to react. My mind froze for a moment. Why is it that, all my life I've been so close to her but, lately everything feels different . Why is it that, every morning she comes into my room to call me, in every different outfits, my heart beats faster and she just shines like the stars.

' We're just friends afterall, what could possibly happen between us.' I told myself. I noticed her looking around, I tried to look and in the corner of my eye, I saw Luca walking away.

She tried to go to him, but for some reason it made my heart feel troubled. And how could I possibly let her go near that loser. I pretended not to see him and asked her to stay in the bed, although it was not necessary. Was I too selfish, he's her boyfriend after all. What is there to be jealous about?

SCENE SHIFTS TO 2024

DARCY- At that time, I realized that loving a person can make you act in different ways. But all I knew was Luca was my boyfriend and I loved him.

But now, if I was to fall in love with anyone, I would always choose that particular person I chose on December 12th of 1975.

SCENE AGAIN SHIFTS TO 1975

Mr. Duan ran towards Darcy, hugging her as he approached, grabbing Kristoff by the other hand.

MR. DUAN- Thank goodness you're okay.

He gives a gentle kiss on Darcy's forehead as he exclaimed, "My princess, I'm so glad you're okay. How could I have lived without you! ".

MR. DUAN- Thank you Kristoff my son, what could I have possibly done without you. Thank you so much.

KRISTOFF- No problem uncle Duan. It's my duty to look after Darcy. She's like my sister after all.

Darcy's heart wrenched as she thought to herself, " Did he just called me his sister? Well, what more could be there?"

She paused for awhile and thinks to herself, "Why am I so concerned about me being his sister? What are we supposed to be, if not best friends? Darcy, you've gone mad."

(of course right? like,they're only best friends,hahah)

Darcy's thought is interrupted when Mr.Kim tells everyone that it's time to go home.

While going home, to Mr. Duan and Mr. Kim's surprise, Darcy and Kristoff maintains distance as if they're mad at each other. They faces opposite to each other and both of them keeps looking out the car's window.

They return home safe and sound. That night Kristoff is particularly worried about Darcy sleeping alone in her room, "Should I go to her room? Should I accompany her tonight? ", he slapped him self realizing what he was thinking. He said to himself, "What has gotten into you Kristoff Kim? ". He just ignores his thought and tries to sleep.

Meanwhile on the other side Darcy is waiting for Kristoff," Will he come?I hope he comes, I'm sure he'll come." She thinks to herself and slowly falls into deep slumber while waiting for him. She was very tired and sleeps while snoring loudly.

The next morning, Darcy rushed to Kristoff's room as usual but today she was very early. To her surprise, Kristoff had just came out after shower, his black hair soaking wet ,he stood there with only a towel on.

DARCY- What on earth are you doing?

She covered her face and turned around. Kristoff gave a sly smirk and exclaimed, "what on earth are 'you', doing here so early?

DARCY- We have to go to class.

KRISTOFF- Its so early. What are you even rushing for? We have like... more than one hour left.

He approaches her and slowly pushes her towards the door and locks it. His hands placed behind her head, and their lips almost some inches away. His other hand slowly moves towards her waistline making her heart beat faster every passing second. He looks into her eyes and ask's her, "Are you worried that your loser boyfriend will be surrounded by girls? "

She pushes him away, and unlocks the door. She pauses before going out as she exclaimed, "it's none of your business, and if if I was, why does that bother you anyway. "

She runs out of the room breathing heavily,

"Wooh, that was pretty close." She sighed and goes for the kitchen.

Meanwhile on the other side, Kristoff is filled with anger and jealousy, as Darcy talked about Luca.

After a while when they were just about to move for school, something very unexpected happens that shakes Darcy's heart completely.
