There was some stories I read in which there were more than one on the MC's side , so I tried it , but I failed and notices that it made all the episodes the same
Suppose you're using a girl as MC in the first chapter but in the second chapter you want to change it into a boy. Then you'll have to delete the character.
Deleting a character won't affect the other chapter it will only affect the chapter which you are writing. If you want to know more or if you didn't understand anything then follow me I'll follow you back and PC you.
