Rithika was running to find the exit because she can't go from front door so, she needed another way to go out . Escaping and hiding was a part of her job and she's really good at it

Somehow she got the exit and ran out of it

Kapoors men were following her but she was smart to confuse them. After continuing with her tricks she finally was able to escape from them.
