CHAPTER 3

RACHEL'S POV

I woke up feeling like someone was watching me, and I saw Aizan staring at me.

I rubbed my eyes and asked, "Do you understand?"

"Not yet," he replied.

"Seriously? You still don't get it. It's really tough to teach you!" I said, feeling frustrated.

"Why is it so hard? I can't even scold you... Wait, how can you survive in this job if you're not quick to understand?" I wondered out loud.

"I don't know," he answered.

I gave him a disapproving look, picked up the paper I had asked him to fill out, and to my surprise, all his answers were correct!

"I thought you didn't understand, but why are all your responses almost right?" I exclaimed in disbelief.

"Well... I didn't actually answer those. I left them blank. Maybe it's a miracle that he answered them himself..." he suggested.

"Is that even possible? It shouldn't be, but it's a shame. I thought I could relax knowing you understood, but apparently not yet," I commented as I got up.

"I'll report you to the manager. Are you going to get me fired?" he quickly asked.

"I'm just going to get some coffee so I don't fall asleep. You're being overly dramatic, threatening to report me so soon," I said before leaving.

ASHER OR AIZEN'S POV

I waited for her, looking over the answers I had written, 'I seem to have done too well...'

"Oh, Rachel, be careful. It's hot. You might burn yourself," I heard, prompting me to quickly glance at the paper.

"Oh, is that so? Thanks," she said with a smile to his male companion, looking like she was getting excited.

The two of them approached, and I gave a stern look to the man who brought coffee to Rachel for an unknown reason.

"Why are you looking at me so angrily? Did I do something to upset you that's making you angry?" he asked, but I just gave him a sharp look.

"Nothing. Leave, you're bothering me. Hey Rachel teach me first until I understand," I said.

"Rachel, I'll leave now. Just check the chat I sent you later," he said and left.

"I didn't know you could be so rude. Well, I'll just get coffee. You're already planning to report me..." she said with a pout.

"Alright, I'll teach you again even though I'm getting annoyed with you repeatedly. Now, here's what you'll do, and then put the character's name here so it's more visible to the players later *@&#&÷¥₩!&#£#"

AFTER A FEW MINUTES

"Do you understand now?" a disinterested voice said.

"Are you losing interest in teaching me?" I asked.

"Anyone, if you keep teaching them repeatedly and they still don't understand, they'll surely lose interest..." she said, sighing.

'Oh my, I don't want to see that expression on his face...'

"Well....i understand now" I said, noticing her changed expression.

"At last, finally, you understand, Aizan!" he said joyfully, jumping with happiness. "Finally, he gets it!"

"Ms. Rachel, what's going on that you're jumping with joy there? Do you want to get fired, huh? Mr. Ashford said we'll soon meet the next CEO, so you should get rid of your trashy behavior!" the manager shouted.

"You're the trashy one here..." she muttered, and I grabbed his hair and stroked it.

The manager suddenly approached and removed my hand from Rachel, causing me to be annoyed.

"If you two are in a relationship, don't bring it here! What's more important to you, your love or work? Later, if our CEO sees you, I'll be scolded for your trashy behavior!" She shouted at Rachel, who was getting heated.

"I don't think the CEO will be angry if there's a relationship in the company. The CEO might get angry because there are too many fake people in the company, not Mr. Ashford," I sarcastically said.

"You arrogant newbie, why are you calling me fake?" he retorted.

"Well, yes..." I replied.

"So you want to tell on me to the CEO, haha, he won't believe you, especially as a newbie," he arrogantly said.

I smirked and gave him a stern look, "If Mr. Ashford tolerates letting an arrogant employee in, well, you might be surprised by the new CEO, you might suddenly be removed, don't be overconfident," I said with crossed arms.

"You arrogant kid-" he was interrupted when someone suddenly called him.

"Hey, Manager, Mr. Ashford is calling for you."

"I'll be there in a moment," he threatened before leaving, and I was surprised to see the employees here jumping with joy.

Rachel suddenly hugged me, and I couldn't explain the smile on her lips, she suddenly pinched my cheeks and said,

"You're amazing! You embarrassed the manager, you're really great, and because of that idol, I'll treat you later in the canteen, don't worry!" she said.

I gave a slight smile, "Alright, I'll be expecting that..." I replied.
