Escape Room: Read The Precautions
First Room-Who is the Real Culprit #9
Maybe it's because I ran with all my might,
I quickly ran out of breath.
Emma
(But I can't stop...!)
With only the thought of surviving,
Lee Seongtae, who had been chasing me, knocked me down, pushing me.
And then he climbed on top of me.
Seong-tae Lee
Phew...ha...
Seong-tae Lee
Ah- it's really troublesome.
Seong-tae Lee
...Exhausting
Seongtae put both hands around my neck and strangled me.
As I was blocked of oxygen,
My vision gradually blurred.
Emma
(No...! I can't die like this...!)
At that moment, my flailing hand grabbed a blunt stone.
As I hit Seongtae's head with a stone
his hand grasping my neck finally loosened up.
and kicked Seongtae once more, pushing him away.
Emma
(It's so noisy, but not even one person is passing by.)
Emma
(What kind of neighborhood is this?!)
Even after swinging the rock with all my might,
Lee Seongtae tried to get up again.
Emma
(I need to escape before I get caught!)
I saw a sharp piece of broken glass lying on the street.
Emma
(Maybe this could work...!)
I stab Lee Seongtae's leg forcefully with a piece of glass.
Staggering to his feet, Lee Seongtae suddenly let out a blood-curdling scream and crumpled back down.
Emma
(I stabbed someone...!)
In the scene where I stabbed someone else with a piece of glass,
for a moment, I was taken aback.
I ran away, leaving Lee Seongtae behind.
While running hard, I looked back and
I saw Lee Seongtae still sitting there hesitantly.
After turning in between the alleys,
I barely managed to stop and catch my breath.
A timer is right in front of my eyes.
Before anyone knew it, there was less than a minute left.
The intense sound of machinery resonated in my ears.
<"Congratulations."
You survived the first room, can now proceed to the second room.>
And just like when I first fell into this world
A strong light blinded my vision.
When I opened my eyes after being blinded by a strong light,
I found myself back in the room where I first started the escape room.
Relief from surviving made me involuntarily sigh and weep.
I leaned against the wall and slid down,
and caught my breath for several minutes.
Emma
(The door...opened...)
The door leading to the next room opened.
Was it because I was driven to my mental limits,
I wanted to quit everything.
Emma
(Is there really no way out there...?)
Despite turning the doorknob, the exit door didn't open.
Emma
How am I supposed to escape the rest of the rooms from now on...
For a moment, I wanted to give up everything,
but I got my determination back.
Emma
(I can't go back now...)
