Prologue
It was a sunny day in Perth, and Sai and Perth found themselves sitting together in their favorite spot at the local park. As they watched the world go by, Sai couldn't help but notice a gay couple walking hand in hand, radiating happiness and love.
Sai exclaimed, nudging his friend
Sai
"Isn't it amazing to see a real-life gay couple? They look so cute and handsome together. I wonder what their names are and where they live."
Perth raised an eyebrow and smirked
Perth
You know, Sai, there's a possibility that they're not a real couple.
Perth
They could be pretending for attention and followers.
Perth
It's all about gaining popularity these days.
Sai's face fell, disappointed by Perth's skepticism
Sai
"But what if they're genuinely in love?"
Sai
"What if they're just like us, searching for happiness and acceptance?"
Perth sighed and looked at Sai with a mix of amusement and concern.
Perth
"You're such a romantic, Sai"
Perth
"I admire your optimism, but sometimes, it's better to be cautious. Love can be a tricky thing, especially in this age of social media."
As they continued their conversation, Sai couldn't help but wonder if Perth's past heartbreak had influenced his perspective on relationships.
He wanted to understand his friend better and uncover the reasons behind his aversion to shipping.
Sai
"Perth, I've always wondered why you're so against shipping and romantic notions"
Sai
"Is there a reason behind it?"
Sai asked, his eyes filled with curiosity.
Perth's expression softened, and he let out a sigh.
Perth
"Well, Sai, there's a rumor going around that I was dumped by my ex-boyfriend because he cheated on me"
Perth
"t was a painful experience, and it made me question the authenticity of love and relationships."
Sai's heart sank as he realized the pain Perth had endured
He reached out and placed a comforting hand on his friend's shoulder.
Sai
"I can't imagine how difficult that must have been for you"
Sai
"But please remember, not all relationships are the same"
Sai
"There are genuine connections out there, filled with love and loyalty."
Perth looked into Sai's eyes, his gaze filled with a mix of gratitude and vulnerability.
Perth
"I shouldn't let one bad experience define my outlook on love."
Perth
"Maybe it's time for me to open my heart again and believe in the possibility of finding true happiness"
Their conversation was interrupted by the sound of Sai's stomach growling.
They both burst into laughter, realizing they had lost track of time.
Sai
"I guess it's time to satisfy our hunger,"
They made their way to DUMBASS, the coffee shop owned by Perth's family.
The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air.
Sai couldn't help but chuckle at the peculiar name of the shop.
Perth's mother, a talented pianist, greeted them with a warm smile.
Mrs. Len (Perth's Mom)
"Welcome, boys!"
Mrs. Len (Perth's Mom)
"What can I get you today?"
Sai ordered his favorite sweet treat.
While Perth opted for a comforting cup of Russian tea.
They settled into a cozy corner of the shop, savoring their drinks and enjoying each other's company.
