A new night has arrived, and once again loneliness begins to weigh on him. Since he found her, his wolf has become more intense than normal, demanding that he go find his mate and claim her as his own. However, he wants to investigate who she is, since she is not a wolf, although she carries the scent of Alpha Antoine.

"We'll go to Lune de Sang in the morning, and with any luck, we'll see her," he tells his wolf, trying to calm him down.

Just as he said, he left early for Lune de Sang. He had free entry despite being a rogue, due to his friendship with Antoine, who had saved him from being slaughtered by six vampires. Although Ben is a strong wolf, they were too many against one. It had been more than 30 years since he had visited his good friend's pack, not because he didn't want to, but because he had been dedicated to growing his food business. "Let's go to the mansion; Rebecca will be glad to see you."

"Do you smell her? She lives here," Gunther, his wolf, tells him.

"Come on in, have breakfast with us. I hope you haven't eaten already," Rebecca says.

"No, not yet. I left my cabin a little early. I wanted to pick some mushrooms for my cooking."

"That's right, you're the best cook I know," Antoine points out.

They went into the dining room where breakfast was served. The she-wolves who attended them made no effort to hide their glances at the giant guest of the Dumonts.

"I thought I would find the house full. I heard you had a large family."

"Our children are almost all married now, except for the princess of the house, whom, by the way, you will meet in a moment," Rebecca says again enthusiastically.

Maybe her little girl could hunt down that sexy lumberjack wolf, she says to herself. Antoine, who knows her very well, looks at her suspiciously.

"My princess will not be with anyone," Antoine tells her through the mind link.

The blonde just gives him a smile; none of her daughters would be left to dress saints, no sir, not while she was alive.

The delicious smell of lemon hit his nostrils; he absorbed that delicious aroma trying not to be obvious, but for Antoine, nothing goes unnoticed.

"Good morning!" she greeted them as she entered with a big smile.

Her eyes traveled to the face of the guest. Her heart skipped a beat at the gaze of that werewolf that smelled exactly like the black wolf in the woods.

"Dear Ben, this is our baby, Selene," Rebecca introduces her, ignoring her beloved's angry face.

The blond man stands up and extends his hand to greet the girl, who, while not short, looks tiny in front of him.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Dumont." He kisses the back of her hand, and the girl feels the electric current running through her body.

"Likewise, Mr. Meier," she greets him shyly.

Antoine already wants to send that wolf away so he won't come back; he hates the idea of his intended leaving his side so soon.

After breakfast, Antoine and Ben went to the refrigerator for the meat purchase. On the other hand, Selene goes to the university, but with the living desire to see again that sexy giant that her cute grandmother gave her as destined. She will make him hers, she will see that he will not be able to escape from her.
