Asher and Melvin....two step brothers having same father but different mothers but they never had any ill intentions between them.... they've always been nice towards each other and it started when baby Asher used to take care of baby Melvin when they were young
Asher always loved the idea of having a big family especially because he used to live with his abusive mother until he was 5 who used to take her frustrations of extra marital affair out on him
She always used to beat him to a pulp for being an omega whom she couldn't use to get the property of the brown family....never took care of him and never fed him good food
Asher's 1 room apartment used to smell like cigarettes, alcohol, nail polish, instant noodles and junk crap and çūm...an environment unsuitable for a child that young
No proper food was given to him and he used to survive on eating the instant noodles and junk food once a day...twice if he was lucky and watch his mother bring different men everyday to have fun and gain money by either prøßtitution or blackmail
the young child had lost the spark in his eyes at a very young age..... weak and malnutritioned he used to clean the apartment and his mother's clothes along with his one shirt and shorts...he owned only two of them afterall
He couldn't complain though because his mother would beat him up in anger and frustration if he did....she couldn't look at the defective product she worked so hard on gaining to have a luxurious and comfortable life which failed ultimately
One day she stopped beating him up and brought him decent clothes and took him to a birthday party... Asher thought his mother finally changed but the party turned out to be nightmare because it was Melvin's 3rd birthday
She revealed Stephen Brown's extramarital affair in front of Natalie Brown in front of all the guests.... Brown's were forced to take him in but refused to take his mother in
She thought she could get inside the house with the help of Asher but failed...she was kicked out because Natalie refused to give in but was forced to take Asher in
There Asher found new hope and a big family that he always dreamt of but again it got shattered when he got nothing but ignorance and hatred from his new family
His father only cared about Melvin and always ignored him like he wasn't even there....his new mother always hated and ridiculed him but she never abused him physically....and that was the thing that got him attached to this family....he wasn't abused physically, he was given proper warm food, clothes and his own room though a bit worn out and small but still a lot better and habitable for a growing child...a soft bed and soft pillows
Although they never allowed him to go to school in shame of him being an illegitimate child still he was given basic home education until high school
And most importantly he had a sweet little brother who loved to cling on him while showing his big big eyes and a cute smile on his adorable face but that also got snatched when Melvin was sent abroad to continue his studies and Asher lost his only family that he had in this big and lonely mansion where he was provided comfort but never love
