Fate (Taekook) Episode 5

Taehyung woke up to a strong muscular arm wrapped around his waist. He snuggled in closer loving the feeling of being in his mates arms.

He looked down at his left hand the silver ring shining in the rays of the morning sun.

Engraved with the initials JJ and SM. He felt the guilt creep up as he stared at the initials knowing that is wasn’t his, knowing that he was lying to his Fiancée about who he was. But he had to.

Mhmmm are you awake?

Taehyung felt light kisses on the back of his neck. Jungkook slowly turned him so that he was now propped over him with his hands on either side of Taehyung’s brown locks.

Jungkook lent down slowly peppering kisses over Taehyung’s face before capturing his rosey pink lips with his.

Hmmm didn’t we celebrate enough last night? (chuckling at the horny Alpha)

Jungkook’s hands trailed down Taehyung’s body feeling the beautiful curves of his Omega.

A knock at the door cause them both to grown having been interrupted.

Min Yoongi

Alright love birds, it’s already past 12 and we’ve got training to do. So please put your clothes on and let’s go.

Yoongi’s rough voice was heard behind the door. The two chuckled stealing one last kiss before getting up and getting dressed.

Jungkook wrapped his arms around Taehyung’s waist as the other tried to pull on his pants.

Baby, you have to let me get dressed. We have to go train, and you know Yoongi will not ask nicely a second time.

Taehyung wanted nothing more then to just jump back into bed and stay their with his new Fiancée, but he knew they needed to train. Words of a rouge pack of vampires was getting around town and they were heading towards them.

Mmmm but you smell so good. I could just eat you up. (playfully nipping at Taehyung’s neck)

Kim Taehyung

Hmm and what do I smell like Fiancée? (dragging out the last word)

Jeon Jungkook

Someone likes the new title. (chuckling) You smell like you and you smell like me. The perfect scent.

Kim Taehyung

Oh you think I won’t be using Fiancée in every sentence. Yoongi don’t go too hard on my Fiancée. Fiancée fetch me some water. Fiancée kiss me like no one is watching.

Jungkook devoured his mate as if it was his last breathe. This time the intruder didn’t knock, instead he barged right in.

Min Yoongi

Ahhh, I said get dressed you hooligans. Ugh you’re luckily I love you guys.

Yoongi ran out of the room. The two chuckling but ultimately stopping kissing and finishing getting dressed.

They made their way to the kitchen to see a huge amount of food and the pack all gathered around.

A feast to celebrate the newly engaged couple.

Kim Taehyung

Jinnie, you didn’t have to. (wanting to cry seeing all that his family did for him.)

Everyone laughed at Jin’s joke. Taehyung turning to his mate with a smile on his face.

They sat down to eat everyone congratulating the couple.

Park Jimin

We need to start planning the wedding. As your best man I will only allow the best and most extravagant wedding.

Kim Taehyung

Woah I haven’t even asked you yet. (chuckling)

Park Jimin

Do you even have to?

Kim Taehyung

No you’re right. (laughing together)

Park Jimin

Jungkook I shall be stealing Minji from you for the night so we can start.

Jeon Jungkook

Um no you will not. Minji and I will be celebrating our engagement. I’m taking him on a moonlight date.

Minji can I be in the wedding?

Kim Taehyung

Of course you can kid. By the way isn’t someone turning 16 soon? Are you excited to present?

A loud noise alerted them from outside. Jungkook reacted first.

Jeon Jungkook

Hoseok take Namjoon and go see what’s entered the border.

The two rushed out quickly.

They waited for a sign. A loud howl signaled to them that it was a threat.

Jin take the kids and Omegas to the basement and don’t leave.

Jin led everyone downstairs while the rest of the Betas and Alohas stayed. Jimin and Taehyung were the only Omegas, but they had been trained to fight. Jin needed to stay back for the injured.

Yoongi take a group and go to the east. Sunjae take a group and head west. Namjoon and Hoseok are already in the North. Minji, Jimin stick close to me we’re going South.

They followed Jungkook making it to a clearing when they saw the first vampire.

Taecyeon

Well hello little wolves, nice of you to join us.

Kim Taehyung

(scoffing) Us? You and what army, it’s just you here? Looks like you’re outnumbered.

Taecyeon

I’m so glad you said that little one.

Next thing they know they are surrounded.

The first vampire rushes at Jungkook who shifts so swiftly Taehyung almost missed it.

The big black wolf is twice the size of a normal and he takes on 3 vampires at once. If Taehyung wasn’t preoccupied with his own vampire he’d think it was very hot.

Taehyung managed to evade the vampires moves. He looked to his right and his breathe caught in his lungs.

Pinned down by a vampire getting ready to go for the final blow was Jimin. He did it without thinking.

6 lighting rods fell from the sky piercing the skin of the vampires laying them dead cold on the ground.

Taehyung stumbled away feeling his whole body wanting to shutdown. He hasn’t used magic in so long and the magic he used was more then his body could handle.

The voice echoed over and over again in Taehyung’s ears. He knew he wasn’t safe. His family they weren’t safe!

Jeon Jungkook

Minji! Minji!

Taehyung’s ears were ringing all he could hear was the evil laugh and the repeating of the that one sentence.

He look at Jungkook, and the he looked at Jimin. And his heart shattered.

He knew what he had to do.

Kim Taehyung

Get away from me!

Jungkook eyes wide out his hands up in surrender staring at his mate. He was very confused as to what just happened, not knowing that his mate could do magic, let alone that strong of magic.

Jeon Jungkook

Baby it’s okay. We’re okay. You saved us.

Kim Taehyung

No no no, it’s not okay! It’s not. I have to go, I-I

He stuttering, he was breaking down. He was panicking.

Jeon Jungkook

Baby calm down. Jimin and I are both here, we’re okay. You’re okay.

Jungkook went to reach for his mate again. Taehyung looked like he was about to collapse.

Kim Taehyung

I said don’t touch me!

Park Jimin

Minji calm down, it’s okay.

Taehyung lowered his heart rate before he spoke his next words. They couldn’t know he was lying. He had to do this. He kept telling himself this was the only way. He had to keep them safe. She would find him, she would find them and she would kill them to get to him.

Kim Taehyung

(laughing mechanically) Calm down, you calm down. I’ve had about enough of your sh*t.

Jungkook’s and Jimin’s expressions changed from concerned to confused.

Park Jimin

What? (speechless)

Kim Taehyung

Soulmates? You think we’re soulmates, I could care less about you. I only befriended you so that I had a place to stay for awhile.

Park Jimin

What are you even saying?

Kim Taehyung

I’m saying I don’t care about you Jimin, I just used you to gain strength and now that I have it. I’ll be leaving.

Park Jimin

Kim Taehyung

Listen to my heart beat Jimin, am I really? You’re just a pawn in my game. Sorry you had to see it.

Jimin rushed at him but Jungkook was quick and held him back it wanting him to harm his mate even though he was acting so strange.

Jeon Jungkook

The name uttered from Jungkook’s lips was the only reason Taehyung could do what he had to do to in that moment. He called for someone else, he didn’t say Taehyung.

Kim Taehyung

And you. Do you think I love you? Do you think I actually want to marry you? (laughing) Why would I want to marry a man with no family? What do you have to offer me. A bunch of orphans (motioning to Jimin.)

Jeon Jungkook

I’d watch what you say next Minji. I don’t know what’s gotten into you but you’re on thin ice. (growling lowly his Alpha not liking the way their mate was speaking to them.)

Kim Taehyung

I don’t love you Jungkook. Listen to my heart beat. I never loved you. I used you, I needed a heat mate and I made you think I was your mate. But you’re not really, in other words I put a spell on you.

Jungkook listened and Taehyung’s heart didn’t change a beat. He was telling the truth.

Jungkook’s heart instantly ached. Why his mate saying all this. Their was no way he put a spell on him. Minji was his, his one and only forever.

Kim Taehyung

I’ve never loved you and we are not mates. I despise all of you, banning together like a bunch of idiots and calling yourselves a family. It’s pathetic.

Park Jimin

Then go! If you hate it so much then leave!

Taehyung’s heart jolted at that sentence at the raw heat in Jimin’s tone, but he shook it off.

Jungkook was in front of him them both hands holding onto his face. He had to will himself not to lean into the touch.

Jeon Jungkook

Take it back, please take it back you don’t mean it!

Taehyung could see Jungkook’s heart breaking right in front of him. God Taehyung wanted to wipe away the tears that started streaming from Jungkook’s face. He wanted to say just kidding and leap into his arms and tell him to never let him go.

But he couldn’t. He had to leave. He had to keep them safe.

He pushed his hands away.

Kim Taehyung

Pathetic, look at you crying. Don’t follow me don’t come for me. You’ll receive nothing. I don’t love you, I hope I never see your face ever again!

Taehyung ran then. He ran so fast that and he didn’t look back.

Tears streamed down his face the further he got away. A searing pain in his heart pulled him to the ground as he sobbed over and over again.

His Omega was crying a long with him, fighting him to go back to their Alpha, go back to Jungkook. But he knew he couldn’t. He had to stay away even if it killed him.
