Fate (Taekook) Episode 2

Han Jisung

Fiancée? But if you have a Fiancée why aren’t you with them?

Kim Taehyung

It’s a long story kid.

Taehyung gave a short answer trying to keep from having too much of a conversation. He needed to keep his distance. He couldn’t grow attached like last time.

Han Jisung

Stop calling me kid, we’re basically the same age. And my name is Han. You can trust me ya know. (shrugging his shoulders.) I don’t have anyone I can go to so I can’t betray you, and I feel like you’re hiding something.

Kim Taehyung

The less you know, the safer you are.

Han Jisung

(sighing heavily but ultimately dropping it) *I don’t know what he’s hiding but I will figure it out.*

They moved along in silence for a while until Han got restless. He was a talker and very hyperactive. This is was the first person he talked to in awhile since his packs death.

Han Jisung

So what is your name?

Kim Taehyung

Han Jisung. (said in monotone)

Han Jisung

But that is my name, you can’t possibly have the same name as me, that would be a miracle!

Kim Taehyung

Listen kid, you don’t need to know my name. I’m dropping you off and then I’ll be on my way and we’ll never see each other again.

Han Jisung

(huffs) Would just be nice to know the name of the guy that helped me. (mumbling under breath)

Taehyung let’s out a loud sigh and stops facing the boy.

Kim Taehyung

Fine, it’s Minji, Seo Minji happy?

Han Jisung

(fixing Taehyung with a curious stare) You don’t really look like a Minji.

Kim Taehyung

Look you asked for my name and I gave it to you. Now hurry up if we want to make it to a cabin before night fall.

Kim Taehyung

*this kid will be the death of me*

They found a cabin to stay in a nice couple being the owners. It was pretty vacant as it was pretty much in the middle of the woods.

They got separate rooms. Taehyung went to the bathroom looking at him self in the mirror.

Kim Taehyung

*Is my disguise not good enough? Why did the boy think that I look so familiar?*

He touched his deep brown locks missing his natural silver hair. But he couldn’t keep it, it would have basically been a beacon saying ‘hey, I’m Prince Taehyung’ as the color was uniquely his. Along with his normally light blue eyes, he changed to black with his magic.

That night he fell asleep remembering all the things that got him here.

Park Seojoon

Your highness you must leave at this very second.

Taehyung had been out in the garden practicing his magic when his trusted butler came to him in a rush.

Kim Taehyung

Seojoon how many time have I told you to call me Taehyung.

Park Seojoon

Now’s not the time Taehyung. You must leave right now!

Park Seojoon gently grabbed the boy and started ushering him to his room. Taehyung allowed himself to be pushed but not without further questioning.

Kim Taehyung

What’s going on Seojoon? Why must I leave?

Park Seojoon

I overheard the Queen speaking to someone, I’m not sure who. But she plans to kill you!

Kim Taehyung

Wait, kill me why? I know she isn’t the most fond of me and me her, but why would she want to kill me?

Park Seojoon

Whoever she was talking to said that if she wanted to be the most powerful witch in all the land then she has to kill you. With you around she can never rule over Cerci.

Kim Taehyung

That’s just crazy! (exasperated)

They had made it to Taehyungs room Seojoon locking the door behind them.

Park Seojoon

I’m telling you the truth Taehyung, I wouldn’t lie to you. Now you must leave please. I can only hold them off for so long.

Kim Taehyung

Seojoon have you gone-

Taehyung was interrupted by a strong voice ringing through the door and a loud pounding.

Queen’s Soldier

Open the door Taehyung, we just want to talk.

Kim Taehyung

(eyes widening, in a low tone) Oh my gosh you weren’t lying.

Park Seojoon

(rolling his eyes) Of course not! Change your hair and your eyes so no one will recognize you and get out of here. I’ll try and tell them you are at the stables to by you some time. But please go!

Kim Taehyung

Thank you! Please be safe.

Taehyung did a quick spell to disguise his hair and his eyes and he jumped out of the one story window.

And he ran, and he ran.

He ran for 1 month being able to evade the Queen’s soldiers and no one recognized him. He learned he couldn’t do magic as it gave away his presence the Queen having put a locator spell on his magic.

He knew he needed to find help soon. He was part Omega and without a pack or someone’s help he wouldn’t make it through his heat which ultimately coming soon.

That’s when he found him. And he knew instantly his life was going to change forever.

Park Jimin

You don’t look so good.

Taehyung had been resting at small cabin pub when the beautiful blonde haired male come up to him.

Kim Taehyung

I don’t feel so good either. (laughing softly)

He was growing weaker by the days.

Park Jimin

My names Jimin, what’s yours hybrid?

Kim Taehyung

(looking at him in shock.) How’d you know?

Park Jimin

I didn’t but you just confirmed it for me. (smiling softly)

It was then that Taehyung new he had met someone very important. He liked Jimin.

Kim Taehyung

You’re smart, I feel like maybe we could be friends.

Park Jimin

We’ll I’m glad you asked first because I wasn’t sure if I was going to have to drag you out of her willingly or not.

Park Jimin

I saw you sat here everyday for a week and no one else came. I figured you didn’t have a pack, and being an Omega, well we both know it’s not safe.

Kim Taehyung

My pack was killed by the vampires.

Park Jimin

I’m sorry to here that. So what do you say, do you wanna come see if you can join my pack? I’m sure Jungkook won’t mind, he’s a softy to orphans seeing as we basically all were.

For some reason Taehyungs heart did a lil leap at the name Jungkook.

Kim Taehyung

Sounds good to me, lead the way.

They chatted while they went talking about all things and everything. Taehyung slowly learned that if their was anyone that could be your platonic soulmate, well that person for him was Jimin.

They made it to the pack territory. A bunch of people standing outside the house entrance waiting to meet the new comer having smelled him as soon as he entered the territory.

Jung Hoseok

Whose your friend Jimin?

Everyone’s eyes didn’t leave Taehyungs.

Park Jimin

Everyone this is.. oh wait you never told me your name.

Taehyung silently slowed his heart beat having learned in the last month how to do it in order to lie. Wolves had a keen sense of hearing, they would know if he lied.

Kim Taehyung

Seo Minji (bowing in respect)

Jung Hoseok

Well Minji welcome, what brings you here?

Park Jimin

He’s an unmated Omega with no pack, I was hoping Jungkook would allow him to join ours.

A rather large male with black hair and small dimples came forward extending his hand to Taehyung.

Kim Namjoon

Kim Namjoon, it’s nice to meet you Minji. I’ll go fetch Jungkook, he’s been in a meeting with a neighboring pack about the vampires.

Taehyung watched him leave when a small boy threw himself at him. Well maybe not small but he was definitely only around 15 years old.

Lee Know

Hi Minji, I’m Lee Know and I hope you get to join our pack so that we can be best friends!

Taehyung not sure what to do with the boy hugging him looked to Jimin for help.

Park Jimin

Okay Lee Know, let Minji go so he can talk with Alpha Jungkook.

The boy reluctantly let go of Taehyung and went back over to stand by what must have been his mother and father.

Kim Seokjin

Hello Minji, I’m Kim Seokjin but you can just call me Jim. Namjoon is my mate.

Taehyung bowed in greeting to the man. And lord if he wasn’t the most beautiful Omega that Taehyung had ever laid eyes on.

Min Yoongi

Last but not least I’m Min Yoongi.

Kim Taehyung

It’s very nice to meet you all. I’m- (frozen by the presence in front of him)

Jeon Jungkook

Both men were frozen as soon as the laid eyes in each other. Their wolves howling in joy at being in the presence of their mate.

Jeon Jungkook

(narrowing his eyes) Mate.

Kim Taehyung

(inaudible gasp) Alpha.

Kim Seokjin

Well I guess that means Jungkook approves of Minji joining the pack. (chuckling softly at his own joke.)
