Birthday Surprise!

A few weeks after chi's birthday, Nothing special happened. We don't talk to each other but chat instead, we sometimes glance at each other's eyes and divert back because we were nervous. But it actually gives me butterflies in my stomach!

My birthday's on the next 5 days! And I'm glad it's on the weekends, so that I could spend it with my family!

My birthday comes on Saturday, and there's no class on that day! How will he give it to me?

On Friday, I was excited for tomorrow to the point my friends started asking if there's something going on. "Hey Amelia, you seem bright today. Did something happen?" "Not really!😊" I replied.

After I ate lunch, chi called me and asked me if I can go to the other building, of course I agreed. However, while I went there I saw Johan standing beside the wall. We both saw each other, and he ran to me and grabbed my hand! I was shocked since it was very sudden! We went to a secluded place, and he gave me a bag, I asked "what's this?" "It's your present" he replied.

I didn't know he would give it to me today! "Can I open it?" "Sure, I'd like to see your reaction" he said. When I opened it, I could see a light brown soft figure. When I picked it up, it was a dog stuff animal! I was surprised by how fluffy it was! When I looked at it's face it looked like him!

"Hey! The present you gave me looks like you?" I chuckled. "What? Really? Well, I picked that because it looked like my dog" he replied. "You have a dog?(⁠・⁠o⁠・⁠)" I asked. "Yeah, I do!" I couldn't believe he picked it because it reminded him of his dog! It somehow makes him look cute!

I chuckled and accidentally said "you're cute." I was shocked I said that! But he. However, just kept laughing and replied "no, your cute." I was in bliss! I felt like my face was an actual tomato, blushing very hard!

But before we got to do anything, the bell rang, and we ran back to our classroom. While we were in the hallway he told me he'd go to the long way to get in class and i'd go to the short way, so that our classmates won't be suspicious of how we were going inside the classroom together.

I went inside first and sat on my seat, hiding the bag In case my friends would get suspicious. He then went inside the classroom and we both started staring at each other as he walked inside to get in his seat.

After class ended, he suddenly ran towards me and told me to tell my parents it was chi who gave me the present instead of him, so that my parents won't get suspicious.

I really thought he was very considerate! And started thinking "I really do love this guy."

As I got in the car, my brother asked me what the bag is, I told him it was a present from chi. He quickly got the stuff bear and played with it because he liked soft things!

When I got home, both my parents were curious where I got the stuff bear from, and I told them it was from chi. They sighed with relief.

It was 11:47 and I waited for my birthday at 12:00 to celebrate. It was a minute countdown to my birthday and when it hit 12:00 A.M. I received a notification from Johan! When I opened it, He greeted me happy birthday at exactly 12:00! I was really happy when he greeted me so early! But I could never be happier because including my friends also greeted me happy birthday in the following minutes!

And so I was able to sleep well for the morning to celebrate it with my family! It was my happiest birthday moments!
