Jungkook is a single child and both of his parents work overseas, so they left Jungkook to his cousin's house for company..

Jungkook harboured feelings for Jimin as he spent most of his life with Jimin, added to his lack of parental love and loneliness, Jungkook found solace being with Jimin, playing with him, eating with him, studying with him except the time both of them went to school..

Jungkook felt an extremely strong bond with Jimin that he himself couldn't put to words till he grew up, and he became more aware of the concept of love, sexuality and other things..

At first he thought it was normal as brothers love eachother anyways but when he realised that it is not just brotherly love, Jungkook had romantic feelings for Jimin..

But he continued to hide his feelings, his wishes and suppressed his desires, because there was a line that he must not cross if he didn't want to lose Jimin.. he knew his limits, but at the same time, a young blood like him couldn't really find peace amidst this chaotic mess in his mind..

Eventually he still suppressed his feelings, but he couldn't control his mind or put a full stop to his desires. Whenever Jimin touched him he felt as if he was struck by lightning, a strange sense of satisfaction and insecurity controlled him whenever he's with Jimin..
