Chapter 3: The Dark Gator's Swamp

As soon as returns to the cave, he finds himself running already getting chased by the iron golem, using the knowledge he found in the library he finds out the weakness of the golem.

Lucian packed up his thing and got ready to leave, He sent a message to the Patriarch using the communication scroll to avoid being traced by the tribe.

Lucian only thought at this moment about how he can kill that monkey.

(that monkey surely is a huge problem I need to get rid of it before it sees me.)

An Ominous feeling went down his spine as the monster stared at him,

Lucian thought at that moment If he'll be lucky enough to survive that huge creepy monkey, he thinks and thinks until he reaches the conclusion "I need to take that thing there".

The den of the Lizards den is the habitat of the flowers "Dianthy" a hypnotic flower and because of that the lizards are immune to many mind spells making it the natural enemy of the red monkey.

Using that as an advantage Lucian lures the red monkey in the den triggering a territorial conflict between the red monkey and the lizards, Although the red monkey is several times stronger than the lizards it is put in a disadvantage in a war of numbers, those red monkey are uncommon and often move alone they uses their trait to manipulate to protect themselves but right now the red monkey

Can't do that in the territory of the lizards as they are already immune to it.

That causes the red monkey to lose and was heavily injured when it finally escape the den.

Lucian just cautiously waits for the red monkey to come out of the den.

As soon as the red monkey comes out heavily injured he immediately jumps onto the red monkey to kill it Although heavily injured the red monkey still manages to defend himself and retaliate but Lucian manages to quickly react and manages to kill the monkey.

Lucian sigh with relief as he sees the red monkey on the ground.

He immediately continues his journey, as he venture the swamp Lucian discovers marked paths and that soon leads him into the end of the swamp.
